My friend posted these on facebook from today or yesterday. I'm from there and never seen it this high before, and I dont think its supposed to crest for a week or something. Crazy. Hard to tame mother nature.

How much higher do you think it is from pics, from the norm?

Judging by the photos looks anywhere from 2-4 ft difference. I would be way more worried about the current strengths flowing in..

You might be interested in a thread i posted it shows aerial views of the mississippi and ohio rivers, a before and after type thing. the before pictures are from April 2010, and the After are from May 2011.

Yeah Id say bout 2-4 feet or something like that. I know those steps go pretty far down. I just wonder how much more is on the way. After I got flooded out in Katrina I left. lol
