That is cool. Some one should try to find this on Google Earth, see if it's there or if they've blurred it out. Seems to be an entrance to an underground base. They certainly look very sophisticated.

They do look kinda blurred out in the second picture, and if you noticed, in the first pic, the upper right area and the lower right area separated by the central 'line' looks kinda the same, like they were copied/cloned or something.

2012 bunkers so could be as the dessert would be the last place you'd expect mass flooding.Why can't you see no marks in the sand that would be evidence of a building site.

yeah i was thinking they might be water storage tanks with integrated pumping stations on top for irrigation, that would explain the grid structures, maybe it was abandoned when it didn't work as they wanted.. but until we locate it on the map and can do more research its a bit hard, all just speculation.

No, I don't think so. There's no reason to design roads in a grid shape. It's highly inefficient.
