I guess that is why I posted this in the first place...it is an anomaly!

Bose-Einstein condensates aren't an anomaly, but are an interesting and rare (we have to make them) form of energy using a substance in its gaseous form. Takes a lot of energy to make one, too!

While they may eventually develop more efficient substrates and other very exciting materials from it, it's not going to be an answer for an energy crisis. Devices MIGHT be more energy efficient using this as a material, but it's not going to solve the demand for more power and it will take a long time to change out everything with the newer material.
