Not just China either. Phillipines is big. But thats because a lot of countries become fasicst or communist or under bullies control, in remote areas, so we don't know what really is going on under the scenes and how, UNIFIED IT IS, with the same players.. here is nothing like a quantum computer invented yet...but I know better.... The US does not have a quantum computer, nor will it ever have one....maybe 500 years down the line....we may have something similar to it....but we have to master teleportation first.....
