The line of quakes from New York down under Texas into Mexico...is it just me or does that look like a line that could "break" apart?

If you look at this picture, i see nothing out of the ordinary, as (the chain) follows the nature contour of the fault line.

From New York to area of Mexico under Texas is there a fault line? The reason I ask is a few months ago I noticed a similar line of quakes strung from New York to the same area of Mexico.

They are small quakes from the New York area down thru New Madrid area then you get the slightly bigger ones in Texas and Mexico....ah, probably nothing.

I know what you mean. . .
I actually thought -because of this whole flood and earthquake talk- the Madrid line would be cut straight in the Midwest. . .

But

Oh, didn't see that thread and I am always on ATS...
Oklahoma has also had a few quakes in the same place sitting on that line.
Can the ATS people delete this thread then?
