I know how you feel, I am utterly ashamed at how useless I am, I can't do anything to help them and I wish I could...
I know how terrible cancer is, mother passed away with it early this year, it seems cancer runs in my family as many relatives have had it.

So yes, yet again I wish there was something I could do to help anyone, not just fukushima but everywhere. People that are needlessly suffering for no reason. Well for now all I can do is have hope that everything will be fine but to be honst, I think it will be.

We are a very strong race when we come together, which we need to start doing now.

CNN just talking about how they're fixing #1 and voluntary shutdown of another Japanese plant. They report 6-9 months before "cold shutdown" of Fukushima. Now It's on to a personal story about "life after Fukushima disaster". Some lady's matchmaking business highlighted-lol. Wedding and ring sales business booming in Japan. (you've got to be kidding me-right? Really? They actually spent as much airtime on that as the half-story on the actual plant? If our lives depend on the MSM @ any point- We Are Doomed!

all this is only conversation between us, I asked the question at least 1000 times but so far I've never had an answer.

put aside all this talk between us on a forum, what are we doing ?

This is just an example ... Lady gaga put his last clip there are millions of people watching on youtube ... when there is fire Fukushima everybody turns his head and us is not better we watch and comment, including myself.

so it's a intelectualisation of event ... nothing more.

yes it's true we did a great job! why it's getting worse and worse?

to tell you the truth, I am facing my screen and I wonder what I'm doing here ... I answered to this thread ... but why? it will not change anything, I'm an optimist by nature, but for the first time in my life I have desire to put everything off and no longer have any contact with this world ... everything is a lie wrapped in cynicism ... and Fukushima is one example among many others.

NHK is reporting and showing a photo of a man inside reactor building no.1, they claim they stayed inside for half an hour to take readings.

You are not useless or helpless sir! You are immensely powerful beyond anything you can imagine right now.

You have the power to spread information. Information is the key to winning any war.

By spreading information, we can alert the people to important facts that they need to know to make better decisions in the future.

For example spreading the truth about Fukushima will alert people to the grave dangers such disasters pose to mankind as a whole. This will allow them to take a natural stance and seek to protect the survival of their own families. And this will lead to the obsolescence of nuclear technology, and we can begin to clean up the mess that this generation has left behind.

We cannot really help the people of Japan today. That is beyond our scope. We must look at the future and realize our influence will dilute throughout the system of communication around us. Think ahead 20 years, 30 years. Realize that your words and actions today directly affect that future decisively, and charge forth onwards to victory dear friends.

All of us have immense power to help our grandchildren and their grandchildren. We may not be able to help many people today at this very moment, but for sure the ideas we create and spread today here on the Internet will directly affect them in the future. Don't forget that.

You are not wasting time. None of you are!

I am not really a religious type but this quote explains what you are doing.

“We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Ephesians 6:12)

We are fighting for the truth. No matter how bad it might be. No matter how depressing or sad or horrific it is. We do not accept lies, we do not accept ignorance, we do not accept surrender!

We are here to save ourselves, save our children, save our neighbors.

We are standing up for what is right and what is just and fair.

What is the point of life anyway? Can't you realize why you were born? Can't you see who you really are?

Why bother reporting it? What's done is done. Why put people through more stress and worry when there is nothing they can do about it.

If we ignore it, nothing will get done.

And more and more of these types of power plants will be created.

And more and more disasters will occur eventually, it's only a matter of time.

Something worse than Fukushima lies in store for us if we do not stand up for the truth and alert people to the dangers posed to us all by such threats.

No, no, no. It was white boxers with green STRIPES, he was eating a meatball sub, and checking out BET for some new moves.

Been following the main Japan thread for a while now. It's practically a "prediction" thread at this point, because the smart folks over there seem to know how best to handle the situation than TEPCO/JapGov does.

HA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another mindless victim of government propaganda I see.
They spoke to his neighbour last week and he catergorically stated that Osama only wore plain boxers, NO STRIPES OR PATTERNS OF ANY KIND!!!!!!!!

wake up to yourself dude

It's getting worse not better. Reuters is reporting that another nuclear plant on the west coast is leaking radiation.

Compounding public concern over an industry that supplies about 30 percent of the quake-prone country's electricity, another nuclear power operator -- Japan Atomic Power -- said it had plugged a tiny radiation leak at its Tsuruga plant on the west coast -- the first since it started operations in 1987.

They described the leak as "tiny". Is that like a "tiny" bullet hole in the head?

They plan to shut this reactor down, since there is an 80% chance of an earthquake induced failure at this location sometime in the future. I don't even want to know why they build these things on fault lines....

Chubu Electric President Akihisa Mizuno said shutting down the plant would impact, among other things the SHAREHOLDERS. WTF, you mean I won't get my dividends this year? These people are truly nuts.

I used to be pro-nuclear power, but it's obvious that for a multitude of reasons, we can't use this technology safely.

ok i'm ,ok with you... this is my only wish...now what should we do ? let try this, i don't think people are really aware about this situation, most of them are waiting wisely that somone find the solution for them, without really asking questions... it is on them that you count?

there's this quote I found very good "Help yourself and heaven will help you"

if you really have faith in that future, let's then organize something, let's make hear our voice, let's create an event ... and we'll see how we will follow, how many really want to change this world ... I give you the opportunity to prove you right.

just to clarify a few days ago i try to organize a global march for humanity just for humanity, i was sure that people will be ok if we work all together, and prove that our conversation could be productive ... how many answer...ZERO. i still trying to do it ....

contact me if you want to talk about it.

Radiation level has dropped a lot, now workers can go in to stabilize reactor.

Radiation levels have dropped inside the No.1 reactor building at the tsunami-hit Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan. The plant's operator, Tokyo Electric Power Co ( TEPCO), said the drop was due to a ventilator installed in the building on Thursday to filter out radioactive substances. Workers would soon be able to re-enter the site to stabilise the reactor, the company said, adding that it expects radioactivity levels at the plant to stabilise within six to nine months. As soon as radiation drops to permissible levels, specialists will attempt to restart the reactor's cooling system, knocked out by a magnitude-9 earthquake and ensuing tsunami March 11. The toll due to the disaster has reached 14,877, while 9,960 people were still unaccounted for till Saturday, according to the National Police Agency.

I was reading the link you posted to the Berkley forum.

I saw this posted:

"The government charges that the damage caused by earthquakes and by the nuclear accident are being magnified by irresponsible rumors, and the government must take action for the sake of the public good. The project team has begun to send "letters of request" to such organizations as telephone companies, internet providers, cable television stations, and others, demanding that they "take adequate measures based on the guidelines in response to illegal information. "The measures include erasing any information from internet sites that the authorities deem harmful to public order and morality."

Is this information legit??

Illegal Information???
Erasing any information "harmful to public order and MORALITY" ????

IF this information is True, than this is the MOST IMMORAL thing the Japanese Govt has done Since this disaster all began.

Can anyone verify this information as true ? Thanks.

You did not know to be quiet at a funeral?
