Do you believe/follow a holy book? You can interpret this question in any way you want, but please only post a simple yes/no, this isn't a debate.

Current score:

Yes - 6
No - 10

Come on people! Spread the word! (Of this post, not the bible) let's make this big!

Nope. The Bible is as much fiction as Lord of the Rings.

No. I have faith in myself, that's enough. No Bible needed...

Yeah, I have faith in a holy book.

Called the Principia Discordia, wich is basicly a big point and laugh at organised religions.

No, my faith is not based on a book at all.

Yes, in Jesus Christ alone!

I have "faith" in a God.. Yes.
Not necessarily in the bible alone..
But in a power greater than myself, yes I do have faith.

I had faith once but lost it.

My beliefs do not rely on any one book, no.

Well, ATS says that my post has to be longer so this is my answer:

Do I have faith: Yes

Do I follow a "holy book": Yes

Nope, although the bible has many good peices of advice, it's still just fiction.....

Oh, by the way, I don't.

Ha! Forget it! That joke went too far even for me!

I'll just answer with a simple no for once.

NO, the bible is too old, and has been changed to many times.. The bible does have some good teachings. If you take the life lessons out of it, all you have is a soap opera.

Wouldn't it be an amazing twist of irony if God (as in the Supreme Creator) gave some prophets words to write to help us know him......and people lauged at it and said it was stupid.

Count me in as a believer.
