I apologize if this train of thought offends anyone, but....
If Trump wants to spend his $$$ to put Obama in the worst light possible, then why not an RC sub to retrieve Osama's body from the Arabian Gulf? If they dumped it off the USS Carl Vinson in international waters, then salvage is up for grabs....
As of today there is a precedent for recovery....
