Yes, but it does that via a redirect header - anyone could do that and it does not mean that site has anything to do with the CIA. I could register a site and do that just as well...

Come on buddy this is a well known topic on ATS. You can type in illuminati.com backwards and it will take you to the NSA website. Simple redirect by the webmaster, I'm willing to bet he has an ATS account too

EDIT TO ADD: There is one thing I found odd though, the city of Westchester is not in the 661 area code, it is actually a good distance away. Westchester's area code is usually 310...found that kinda odd
