Bin Laden video scam goes viral on Facebook

Just thought FB users might want to know...in case they haven't already seen the warnings about this.

The fast-spreading scam appears on users' Facebook page with the title 'Osama EXECUTION video' and asks users to copy and paste a link into their web browsers.

The link automatically replicates itself to all the user's contacts. According to security experts on technology website ZDNet, the website targeted by the link does not contain any malware, but authors of the scam could change that.

I know...but since they do and since people seem to be clicking this...better to just let everyone know.

The reasons keep piling up for me to keep patting myself on the back for never joining Facebook.
I hate being right all the time.

i understand what you mean i just meant the average user who uses it to tag or poke or whatever it is they do while sharing every single piece of personal and daily information about themselves

If theyre stupid enough to use farcebook .. Then they get what they deserve..
