Well no, if you would use magnets, if you put both north poles against each other, notice how they propel the oposite way and not against each other, a negative and positive coil would propel against one another.

But it was a nice try

yeah but place a magnet under the ground set at north upwards, then place a magnet on a stand or somein above the spot where the magnet is with negative faceing down then place a normal manet in between the magnets and the thing will hover cause it will be pulled by 2 equal forces makeing an equilibriam

yeah thats how it works sorta but its just the magnets on the ground.
