Folklore of the Future... Something's happening; can you feel it?

Hi Everyone.

As a long-time member of ATS, I have been known primarily as a person of diverse interests (in terms of which conspiracies and forums I visit regularly). I also get argumentative, despise disinfo and love to discuss the alternative news insights into issues facing citizens of the Modern World. For me, there's a feeling that the metaphysical air pressure is changing - it's as though we're being shaken from a slumber, and our collective awakening over the past few years is coming to a head.

I believe the recent announcement about Osama is going to prove a Game-Changer. In itself, I don't believe the direct ramifications will light the blue touchpaper; however, it will make a couple of matches available to the people who are going to 'set it off' - very soon...

I have about fifteen forums on my favourites, including (but not limited to):

2012;
Aliens & UFOs;
Conspiracies in Religions;
Survival;
Philosophy & Metaphysics, and...

The Gray Area.

The final one, within which we are now operating, happens to be my absolute 'number one favourite'; however, I visit it fairly infrequently. Why? Simply because although this is the place where I can tell my story, and where I can hear the various life stories of other members, there's an unfortunate amount of hoaxing, as well as general over-indulgence in one's own woes and strifes going on here.

Don't get me wrong, I've been guilty of seriously over-indulging in my own selfish need to tell my story... All the same, I'm sure you will agree - when we find the story of one whose life-to-date amounts to some sort of epic poem of hardship and conflict, dealing with experiences in the Dark Side of Life, it is well worth having to tolerate that general dross which sullies the board.

These 'diamonds in the rough' - amazing tales of Courage, Adversity, Trial & Battle, Redemption & Hope for the Future - I like to save them up for a while, before picking out the best to read through in depth. Sadly I don't have time to trawl through every thread, and I'm sure many of you are the same.

We all have a story to tell and a purpose in this world - getting together in a place like ATS, to share our perceptions and insights into our life experience, is like coming to the 7-11 Store Of The World at 4am (in the middle of "Inner-City Wherevertown"...) You'll cross paths and meet with all sorts of folk - generally quirky or fascinating in some distinct way.

This is how folklore begins.

In this thread I plan to delve into the greatest and darkest mysteries facing us RIGHT NOW, TODAY - affecting all of Western civilisation - and beyond, to the Near and Far East, to the Africas, and to the secret places of the Earth (where some believe that the Giants still play).

How about it? Want to come along for the ride? The times they are 'a'-changing...

I firmly believe that all myths and legends started out as a truth and were "storied" on the way...

With that in mind, what we are living through now is going to be discussed 1000 years from now, and what we DO now will become the stuff of legend and lore.

It shows how you have moved into a vibrational mode of a higher level of consciousness. You are to experience abundance and peace before the end times arrive, and once you have ascended you will move into a most wondrous and fulfilling time. The Earth is beautiful in its present form, but once ascended it will be a showcase of perfection and truly a heavenly abode. Equally you will be its appointed guardians and will have reached an understanding, that allows for your full appreciation of Mother Earth’s place in your lives as a fully conscious Being. We of the Galactic Federation are also part of your destiny, and not simply here to guide you onwards. We are part of you and together we will re-unite again and become as One, as we move on to the next stage of evolution. The veils of separation are lifting, and it will not be long before you realise who you truly are and reclaim your sovereignty. It is of course entirely your choice, and be assured you would have been well informed of it before you came to Earth for this lifetime. Do not be concerned as to whether you are ready for it, as already your consciousness levels will be rising. This may well be apparent from the subtle changes you are experiencing within yourself. Indeed, you can bring a measure of calmness to others by simply being around them. We realise you are tired and frustrated at the long wait for an obvious sign of positive changes. Yet within the turmoil and chaos presently taking place, are the first signs of a major cleansing occurring. Understand that the Earth is polluted with negative energies, which must be cleared away before peace can be established. It is sad that certain souls who are directly involved in such issues are in the thick of it, but it is often their choice to atone for actions taken that have led to it. It releases karma and ultimately will enable a new positive energy to be grounded in those areas. There are of course physical changes that must also take place, and it is these that we monitor to keep any damage and loss of life to a minimum. We stress that it is not our right to interfere with your life plans, which for some of you means you will be in places where the most activity occurs. It does not in any way deny you the same opportunity to ascend as every other soul, as even following the death of the physical body it can still take place. We are more active than ever, as the Earth reels once again because of the upsurge of negative events. However, Mother Earth is aware that it is all part of the vital cleansing that must be completed before all can ascend. You can expect outbreaks of violent changes, as the energies of Earth are subject to the effects of the powerful Light energies coming in. The lower energies are being transmuted quicker than ever, and it is bringing a more peaceful outcome. As Beings of Light they are also lifting you up, and we recommend that you take the necessary time needed to allow them to be absorbed into your body. It is after all gradually changing, and will continue to do so until its cells become crystalline and able to contain a greater degree of consciousness. You are heading for a great upliftment that leads to full consciousness and your elevation to become a Galactic Being. You must know by now that your future is assured, and that the Divine Plan for your civilisation and Mother Earth cannot fail. So do not succumb to the attempts of the dark Ones to distract you from your path. They are in fact torn apart by the sudden rise in consciousness, and the growing awareness of how they have controlled and enslaved you. You are seeking the truth in all matters, and indeed it shall set you free. Your trust has been badly abused by those who should have worked for your best interests instead of their own. They have been found out for what they really are, and their days are numbered. Soon there will be dramatic changes that will allow for extensive changes where major governments are concerned. Very little will advance until you have the right people leading you into the final period before Ascension.

So you would more than likely know exactly what I'm talking about when I admit to feeling.....anxious? That feeling of, "something's off", but you can't quite wrap your mind around it enough to fully articulate it. Been trying to work through that one for the better part of three years now. The constructs of modern society don't suffice anymore. Work feels like an anchor...home is stagnate.
Trying to think on these long enough feels like literally ramming into an invisible barrier in the mind. I've scoured this site looking for even a whiff of an explanation, plenty seem to be feeling it, but no one's really spelled it out quite right yet...the closest anyone's come yet are the threads on "Ascension"

I'm in! Let's see what we can come up with...anything's better than sitting around getting eat up with this mess.

I wish I had more to contribute than this, but having read that post with much more interest and enjoyment than many similar ones...OP, I like you. You're an okay kind of guy or gal in my book.

I do have a weird feeling, but I'm too crazy to ever rely on myself about that kind of thing. I'm taking note of what others are reporting, though.

To be more sure it's not just a kind of group illusion, it might be useful to look through the oldest archives here and see if people had the same feeling of imminence then.

Count me in for sure, nothing more to add after the above posts.

Starsyren, you articulated my own feelings perfectly and Fly, I don't know if it's the way you worded this invitation or if the timing is just exactly right, but I almost cried when I read your OP because I finally see some light at the end of the tunnel. I've felt so lost for months now and quite honestly, I'm scared because I don't understand these feelings and don't know how to channel them in a healthy way. I'm feeling vibrations and intuitional knowledge (for lack of a better description) like I have never experienced before and I wish that I could be more like so many of you who see this as a wonderful thing to be embraced and anticipated, but as hard as I try to do so, I can't seem to find the inner courage to access that calmness and acceptance. With that said, I do believe, almost to the point of certainty, that whatever is coming will ultimately result in the universal balance that has been off kilter for so long and that those of us who can ride out the storm will find what we are seeking - my greatest worry is that I won't be able to grab on to it because of my fear or the unknown. Can anyone offer me some advice? I realize that the original intent of your thread is to gather a universal exchange of thoughts and ideas in the most positive light and whereas I was reluctant to post my feelings for worry of it being perceived as a "me" post, I want so badly to be a part of the bigger picture and am humbly asking all of you for help.

I'll end by saying that even though I'm finding very little comfort in anything these days, I'm determined to be a positive part of whatever's coming and I'm here for the long haul just like everyone else. I might be scared to death and shaking in my boots, but I have to believe that I'll eventually find the same faith or enlightenment that everyone else seems to have found. If I'm going to be pointed in the right direction from anywhere, it's going to be from here so count me in as well!

Well I am amazed at the impact the OP seems to have had on a few of you - I'm humbled to think that my words may have brought some much-sought, timely comfort.

I will come back in soon with some specific responses to what y'all have commented, along with further exposition of why I'm feeling the way I'm feeling right now. And yes, I feel this is imminent - for a number of reasons - and I will carefully explain myself soon.

All the best for the time being - just wanted to offer reassurance that I'm also in for the long-haul, and would be more than happy to stay in contact via the thread.

Today is particularly strong, energetically. I feel so many things, my emotions are all over the place. I feel overwhelmed by sadness for a while, then that gives way gradually to a feeling of listlessness, which eventually moves into a feeling of "something looming large in front of me", until it again shifts to some other moderately uncomfortable feeling. It's been like this since I was awakened by it at about 4am (UTC +3). I have been awakened at about the same time most mornings for some time now by these feelings, but this is the first time it has lasted all day this strongly.

Something truly is afoot.
