No one, since the Seal team who carried out that mission was in the commission of their profession makes them inelligible to collect upon any reward money but just guarandamnteed that thier pensions are to be nice and huge by the time they retire.

It kicks back and transfers to another account which will finance other Dept Of Justice operations and missions. If not there it may go towards the debt.

If a cop caught say the Most Wanted In America with a $1 Bounty means the leo is not allowed to collect it.

I think they should give the reward to me since i wasn't there to document the clean up on the client
