So now that old bins dead again.. Guess the u.s government saved u.s 25 million in bounty money as military and government employees are ineligable to collect bounties.. Or should they pay it to the guys that killed a dead guy ?

They were going to split the bounty between the SEAL team members but they had a helicopter , fuel , ammo and a funeral to pay for . Helicopters are expensive when you wreck 'em and then blow 'em up . Funerals ain't cheap either .
