I searched on ATS and could not find this.
I did post it as a reply below, but the things said are pretty messed up, even if edited.

Highly edited (and not even very well) but for what purpose? This isn't a forum for trying to fool people. And I'd like to think people here aren't so stupid they can't hear over blatant voice editing when they hear it. It's just fiction. No problem that you shared it, I just don't think it really adds anything to the UFO debate whatsoever. Just someone looking for some youtube hits by doing something funky, but unnecessary.

BTW The channel where I got the Video from is really just a weird weird place. lol

It's my guess that the video portion may have been added later. Maybe by someone else. Surely the audio portion was done as an attempt at humor. Surely they didn't think anyone would actually take it seriously.

Personaly, I got a chuckle out of it.
