No, that would be a factor of the distance from the explosion the camera was sitting in.
Sound travels at approximately 1 mile per second, whereas light is extraordinarily faster.
Example would be being able to tell how far away a lightning strike is from you by counting the seconds between the flash and the sound of the thunder. If it was 7 seconds, it's about 7 miles away.
