Japan recently announced a massive censorship campaign to silence so-called “irresponsible rumors” about the nuclear radiation being released from Fukushima. Japan’s weather chief also censored radiation forecasts to “prevent panic in ordinary people.”
The news of censorship in Japan was coupled with an announcement that the United States would help Japan in silencing irresponsible rumors. The first course of action the US took was to stop all daily nuclear radiation monitoring of milk, drinking water and rainwater instead opting to do radiation tests once every three months.

Those announcements were followed by news that the Norwegian Air Institute (NILO) shut down their program to product radiation forecasts. While forecasts haven’t been publicly accessible on the NILO site for some time, several YouTube users have discovered that NILO is in fact still producing radiation forecasts.
In fact, radiation forecasts produced just today have been discovered on a separate area on of the NILO site along with other forecasts showing radiation at emergency levels.

Note: As ALL simulations(estimates) have been in the past, this is a forecast/simulation not a 100% graph of radiation being released. With that being said, The Norwegian Air Institute is a very credible organization whose information is worth looking into.

At what point do we become alarmed? At what point does it matter? The MSM has been relatively silent about the disaster, but at this point some are estimating it will lead to the deaths of 200,000. I think we need more international involvement, and I think the MSM needs to follow this closely.

The summary you posted is completely false. Please respond to the quote from the Norwegian site I showed which very clearly states the model is a worse-case scenario which is likely to be inaccurate anyway.

However, a nuclear melt-through is an even worse scenario, as nuclear fuel literally melts through the bottom of damaged reactor pressure vessels into out containment vessels -- and possibly even melts through those outer vessels directly into ground, air, and water.

So I would suggest that keeping an eye on a worst case jet stream model for possible global radioactive contamination isn't such a bad idea at all.

ETA: Especially when the U.S. mainstream media has the average "everyman" on the street believing that the Fukushima disaster is over and done with.

We have discontinued our Flexpart forecast of the atmospheric dispersal of radionucleides from Fukushima. This due to the fact that we do not have access to reliable release rates reflecting the current situation at the plant to be used as input to our simulations. It is likely that the release of radioactive material is significantly reduced compared to the initial period, and that levels no longer pose a health risk at distance from the plant.

Anyway, here is a report from The National Atmospheric Deposition Program with a fallout map that you can compare to the original fallout projection maps from the Norwegian Institute For Air Research found earlier in the thread:

Measurement of Radioactive Fallout from the March 2011 Fukushima Nuclear Reactor Incident

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) collaborated with the National Atmospheric Deposition Program in an effort to monitor North American precipitation samples for the presence of nuclear fallout in response to the Japan Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Station incident that occurred on March 11, 2011. Specifically, excess precipitation and filtrate (insolubles suspended in precipitation) from National Trends Network sites and selected Mercury Deposition Network sites were analyzed for the presence of radiological fallout for samples collected during the March 8th to April 5th, 2011 sampling period. NADP samples were provided to the USGS's TRIGA Nuclear Facility in Denver Colorado, where the radiological determinations were made.

This project was implemented to add information about radioactive fallout from the March 12-14, 2011 incident and to test the capabilities of the NADP to respond to an unexpected atmospheric release. This is the second time samples from the NADP network have been used to measure radioactive fallout, the first being after the Chernobyl reactor failure in 1986.
The study found concentrations (activity) and fallout (deposition) of radioactive iodine and radioactive cesium in significant number of samples. Detectable quantities of Iodine-131, Cesium-137, and Cesium-134 were observed at 21% of the 167 tested locations. Concentrations of I-131 detected in 5 samples ranged from 29.6 to 1090 picocuries per liter (pCi/L). Concentrations of Cs-134 detected in 23 samples ranged from 0.4 to 55 pCi/L. Concentrations of Cs-137 in 33 samples ranged from 0.70 pCi/L to 39 pCi/L.
Detections and measurable fallout from wet deposition was observed primarily at NADP sites located along the West Coast of the US, the central Rocky Mountain region and northern Great Plains, the central and upper Mississippi River Valley and eastern mountainous regions ranging from Virginia northward through Vermont. About the major leakage of highly contaminated water, radioactive water Tritium was detected outside of 4 of the 7 reservoirs.

According to Tepco, Tritium was detected from the drain hole water (outside of the reservoirs) of reservoir No.1, 2, 4, and 6.

The samples were collected on 4/17/2013. Tepco took 8 days to release the data.

Tepco transfered the leaking water from No.3 to No.6, but this No.6 is also leaking Tritium.

They also detected Tritium from leakage detector hole water of 3 reservoirs, No.1, 2 and 3.

The highest reading was 1,100,000,000 Bq/m3 from the Northeast side of No.1.
