It wont amount to anyhting in central illinois unless they have other problem going on this right now if it just a correction and nothing disasterous happens basicly the largest town that will be flooded is east prarie, so i found the easiest way was to jusst google maps and zoom in on the bootheal and right under Cairo, IL is were they blew i t up at,

Sad thing is tomorrow's daylight vid's will show nothing but a new river created. All the houses in the path will be washed away under the cover of darkness. Of course they planned it this way. Less emotional to viewers across the USA that can't see the homes destroyed. Cairo is a dump. NO one stops there for anything but whores and drugs. As an Illinois resident, I wish they woulda let Cairo get flooded out and destroyed.

its the holy grail of conspiracy theories...

but i believe it to be...

A facility that can manipulate the weather, cause earth quakes, create "nuclear type explosions", effect people's moods...

All of those Yellow areas were not on that map yesterday, I wonder if these are all, levees they plan to breach and flood most of Arkansas, right where I am. A whole lot of Mississippi. If so they are sure "Creating a Lot of Damage" man made so no insurance. Instead of an Earthquake they are going to just flood us all out.
