The guy who bought my husband's business six years ago and has been running it into the ground ever since. In all of that time I haven't been able to walk around the town in which I live without hubby's former clients making a point of coming over to me for the sole purpose of telling me how much they hate the new guy and the many ways in which he has treated them like crap. This leaves me feeling like we let those fine, loyal clients down by selling to this jerk.

The new owner clearly has an overinflated ego that I would hope could be deflated by a pop to the kisser -- compliments of me.
