Weird is all I can say...

Just wondering what the dark spots are on the ground? The lightning strike? Bladder loss? Both?

Regardless of what it is...one lucky Dude!

I'd say with those odds, he should be buying a lottery ticket.

Anyway...here it is:

Thanks for the post, but I think this video is fake. Twice? Right after he gets up the second bolt hits him? No way. The whole thing looks like a scene from a low budget movie.

Stuck down by the lord...lol. What are the chances of that? Seriously...does anyone know what the chances of that happening are? Because it would be extremely ridiculous odds. Especially with the amount of time in between. It wasn't long, but it wasn't short either. Completely insane, if not fake. I've heard of a few people surviving lightening strikes, so I don't doubt he could live through two hits.

If real, something like this would surely make the local news. So is there a link?

The dark spots on the ground would be moisture being blasted off of him and 'burning' into the pavement I think (it appears to be raining heavily).

Seems like the next logical step!

Oh yeah...sorry, I meant to say that.
Seriously though, I was going to say something about this being a targeted attack, not necessarily by HARRP though. Because the odds of that happening are ridiculous.

He should wear rubber boots and a rubber hat on rainy days!
There are people who for some reason seem to attract electric strikes. I remember there was also a guy in "Ripley's Believe it or Not" for many years who had been struck multiple times.
MSNBC experts think this IS likely a hoax because of some factors but, they do not confirm that it is without question a hoax. www.msnbc.msn.com...

Lightning striking twice? Maybe not even once An expert says viral video of two 'direct hits' is more than likely just a hoax

One man was struck 7 times!!!

U.S. National Park Ranger Roy Sullivan has the record for being struck by lightning the most times. Sullivan was struck seven times during his 35 year career. He lost the nail on one of his big toes, and suffered multiple injuries to the rest of his body.[6]

Could be fake...don't know yet. There are a lot of rumors on the net debating it tho.

Just gotta wait and see I guess.

hoax

but will share my own story.

i was on a golf course one day
back in 1985 or 86 there abouts.
And a thunder cloud comes up
when I'm the farthest away from
the clubhouse. I wasn't using a golf
cart, I was pulling my clubs on a wheeled
caddy. Anyway, it started raining heavily
and I saw the lightening strikes hitting the
ground. So I jumped into a drainage ditch.
There was a huge oak tree about 30 yards
from me. But I remembered from school
to stay away from trees so I did and laid down
in the drainage ditch. While I was in there,
the rains started flooding the ditch and I was
soaked in water. When lightening struck that
Oak tree and I got a jolt where the current
routed through the water all the way to me.
I walked away thinking I was very lucky
and thanked God for being wise enough
to stay away from that tree. True story.

The timing at which he gets struck means one of two things.

(1) God has an AWESOME sense of humor, or....

(2) This is a complete hoax.

I'm leaning towards the latter.

But I'm wishing for the former.

I would have to say fake because he is walking between tall buildings trees lamp posts etc the lightning will usually go for the highest structure.
