Been watching the video and I see that number is emphasized.

What do those numbers mean? I mean I'm sure this isn't like some kind of "THOSE NUMBERS PREDICT THE FUTURE" kind of things. But I do feel like they have a meaning behind them.

I'm at a loss. Can someone fill me in.

It takes 11 bits to store it.
It is rational.

Other than that, just a number.
