TA-THREATS: Possible Terrorist Attack for CA and NM

Why just Cali and NM, is there anything which is only found in these western states which could be a potential target? The the threat information is so vague, the why just these states?

Not wanting to start off Civil War II, but the population at least in CA is more diverse than alot of other places. 5 Arab men in Los Angales will attract much less attention than say Tuscalosa?

Also, both are pretty big states, and both have alot of targets. I lean towards CA. Terrorist don't want to hit military bases. They want civilian targets. They are soft, less protected etc etc

as always, a vague statement. they might has well have said...'we can't tell you anything other than some type of possible terrorist activity may have been stopped in CA and NM or some other western states'...believe us because we say so.............................
