And they are sworn to secrecy the free ones anyway the rest will never return to Earth, just as many settlers in Early USA and Australian history never returned to their places of origin.

Moon creatures may live underground who knows, and trade with the Colonists.
They may be where werewolves came to Earth from thtas why they howl at the Moon.

No.
Allegedly, the Germans reverse engineered a ufo that had crashed(in the schwarzwald in the mid 30's) and built their own version of this ufo in the form of the vril, haunebu and the andrmeda geraet and presumably used these crafts to get to the moon and mars. These were not conventional rockets, though during the war the germans also had their v2 rocket program. Their ufo tech was developed in the deep confines of the ss black ops and very few germans knew that it even existed.
The Americans did find the Andromeda geraet after the war ended, but the key part that is the engine had already been removed previously by the german scientists. Andromeda is supposed to have been a cigar or submarine shaped mother ship.
Come to think of it if they could fit their ufo engine on a submarine and get it to the dark side of the moon, then you already have a near funcioning human habitat as a foundation stone to build a base there.

1. the blueprints for a base on the moon has been on the table since the 1820´s including everything from unmanned rovers who first build the complexes to getting there and back,

2 iss is not a space station , its a freefalling orbital station placed in the upper parts of the atmosphere

3.shuttle program was not scrapped due to loss of funds but for the lack of know how ,

I had heard a good while ago, that the possibility exists that we have a unit of soldiers either on the station or moon itself. They were sent up in the late 90's on a rotation basis. One of the shuttles that was "for military purposes" and the intent not disclosed. (theres been many of those)

If we can have a couple Marine or Army Units on Air Force One with the President in secret (its been said there is)...then its possible we have military seals or what-have-you up there as well.

Just a thought...no proof, but the potential exists for sure.

So why is it strange that only the USA has landed men on the moon?

I understand that the US has more $$$ in black projects that we'll never know...plus military spending...add that to the Space program...and theres more than enough $$$ available to put us up there probably ten times over.

But we'll never know cause they dont have to divulge it to the public.

I suppose anything is possible, and the stories of all the underground bunkers may help the case.(meaning it tells me that if a shtf scenario is a real possibility--would be wise to have people off earth. Just hard to imagine something of this magnitude being kept secret for any lengthly period of time.

Well the far side is hidden,and orbital images can be selectively edited.
The media is controlled and owned by only a few.
Many people have tried to alert the public, but they are labelled conspiracy theorists.
I would if I was a betting human, say the bases are underground.
We ask ourselves why electonics are so much minaturised, perhaps its because of the metal mined on the moon?
