Wikileaks Reveals Arms Smuggling in Honduras

Tegucigalpa - Grenades and light anti-tank weapons supplied by the United States to the Honduran Armed Forces (FAH) were seized from drug traffickers in Mexico and Colombia, revealed a cable published in Wikileaks.

The document stated that the Honduran army lost several types of arms, which now coincide with the serial numbers of those retrieved from the Mexican drug cartel in Ciudad Juárez, and the Colombian cartel of San Andres, in early 2008. The cable, dated Oct 2, 2008,

So much for the Mexican Government Claim all these cartel weapons are coming from the US...

Lord knows every American Fisherman need his RPG and hand-grenades to get the really big ones!

Still I wonder how much of this will be placed on the back burner by the liberal media...?

The story goes on to say that this Honduras "battalion did not know the whereabouts of 26 military equipments supplied by the United States for training." Since they didn't specify the type of equipment lets us pray the cartels are cruising around Mexico in APC's and Tanks!

Uhg, this whole "liberal media" is such a stale bunch of crap. The media sucks, but its not some liberal conspiracy. You just sound like a biased conservative with an ax to grind. Choosing sides can be a mistake, because both conservatives and liberals, or the morons that allow themselves to be defined by such a narrow label, are assholes. And the US probably said, "Gee that's tough luck..Here's 26 more plus a few extra in case you misplace some more"
