Once again the US need some good PR. For this they have deemed the plight of Darfur "just right".

Hundreds of people are dying every day in Sudan because of a failure to act against militias, according to the US ambassador to the United Nations.
John Danforth appealed for support for a draft UN resolution threatening Sudan with sanctions unless it reins in Arab militia within 30 days.

But now they need to look like they care as its election time. Funny how attitudes change
