Not sure if this is the right forum but one tries! I ran across this today, though as you can see it was posted on the 4-22-11. Just seemed like some good news for a change and its about time the big boys have to anty up for their trespasses. Maybe one can hope that this will snowball and other will get back what they deserve as well.




April 22, 2011 Stars and Stripes|by Bill Murphy Jr. Banking giant JPMorgan Chase & Co., which admitted earlier this year that it had improperly overcharged thousands of military families on their mortgages and foreclosed on the homes of service members in Iraq and Afghanistan, will pay $26 million to settle the class action lawsuit that brought the activity to light.

It is just a shame to me that these people even had to go through this to begin with. Easy for the bank to say opps sorry. It doesnt really fix the mess it created for these poor folks when they were kicked to the curb...
