Internet star Antoine Dodson faces 5 charges

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (KABC) -- The young man that warned us to hide our kids, our wives and our husbands is in trouble with the law.

Internet celebrity Antoine Dodson, 20, appeared in an Alabama courtroom Monday to face five misdemeanor charges, including speeding and marijuana possession.

He was pulled over and arrested Saturday night in Huntsville. He was released sometime after 2:30 a.m.

Dodson gained Internet fame for his televised rant posted to YouTube about a break-in at his sister's apartment. The viral video catapulted him into TV appearances, blog mentions and other appearances.

"I don't deserve to be here. I never get in trouble for nothing in my life," Dodson said after the proceeding. "I got pulled in over in my Benz, Mercedes E-Class. Run tell that."

Dodson is due back in court in July.

No kidding, that's pretty much what the local news said when I was first hearing about this.

Well everyone speeds on roads, well most every body,
And everyone... Yeah.

I clicked on the thread thinking he got in trouble for finding the bed intruder and beating him with a big ugly stick.

Ahh there is no helping that, people do it and are caught for it most everywhere unfortunately.

I thought stoners usually drove like 20 mph under the speed limit though?

If they can make you pay to live on dirt that has existed for billions of years, they can make you pay a fine for smoking something that the creator put on this earth. This is the insanity we choose to live in everyday we don't band together and crush the minority that wants us sick, poor, and miserable.

Why is this on ATS?
Where is the controversy, the conspiracy?
This barely even qualifies as a scandal. He's no public figure or celebrity, the only way he is famous is that he is "Internet Famous". Likely no one will remember him in a year.
