The True Size of Africa is a map by Kai Krause that truly clarifies just how big this continent is. I mean, you know in your mind it's big but do you really get it. Carefully looking at it, you're awed by the facts that it can hold the United States, China, India, Europe and Japan with its 30.2 million square kilometers.
Africa is the world's second-largest and second most-populous continent, after Asia. At about 30.2 million km² (11.7 million sq mi) including adjacent islands, it covers 6% of the Earth's total surface area and 20.4% of the total land area. With 1.0 billion people (as of 2009, see table) in 61 territories, it accounts for about 14.72% of the world's human population.

We aren't even close to being over populated People.......what we are is overly and mismanaged by our current governments. Plenty of room and plenty of resources if we just spread out but noooooooooooooooo everyone wants to live on top of each other. Smaller communties with better managed resources would solve a lot of problems IMHO of course!
Unfortunately the damn government owns them all.

I totally agree. We don't have an over population problem we have a logistics/efficiency problem.

What about infrastructure? We already have countless miles of deteriorating roadways, bridges, water shortages, energy shortages, etc etc.
Who do you think is going to pay for all of that?
