any music not praising god is "profane" and debased.

Well, let’s give thanks to the Devil for it, then. Since he has all the best tunes, isn’t it nice of him to share them with us?

Somehow I don’t see John the Baptist writing 'Terraplane Blues'.

I havent seen it yet, so clearly its not brilliant marketing

But on a more serious note, this whole alien thing has been 'viral' since at least 1943, and they are just appealing to the masses... whatever sells right? With this whole 2012 thing going around these days, they are sensing the apocalyptic vibes going on and merely catering to it.

A lot of rappers/ mainstream artists used to talk about their hardships in life especially Kanye, obviously he is no longer concerned about hardship and is just talking about topics they are interested in in their songs.

Jealous of Lady Gaga she has to try and one up her.
E. T. ???
I wish.
Katy Perry's voice grates on my nerves and her image to me is like a big rubber Gumbette. (female Gumby)
She seems like some kind of bizarre cross between Madonna and Mickey Mouse.
Don't know how anyone can stand her.
