Hey yall, I scanned this page out of my Chaos Gallery comic book because I wannt to use the image fro something. Im using a laptop that my kids beat up and dont have a mouse. Can one of yall visual art designers help me by cropping it and making it not angled? I dont have a clue as to how.

Thanks for anyone who gives this a minute of their attention.
