There is a circle with a cross hatch at
N37 15 37.5 W115 41 36.7

The Badger Mountain facility is located at
N37 21 17.7 W115 19 31.8

If you draw a line between these two points, it is aligned with the one vector of the cross hatch.

I made a Garmin gdb file here:
Garmin gdb file

Save the file to your hard drive. In google earth, go to file->open
Google Earth can open gdb files, but you need change the file selector drop down. Click the downward facing triangle (drop down menu selector) and click on gps. Then it can find the gdb file.

While this might be totally unrelated, I don't think so. It is possible this is just a visual indicator for the Beech Janets that occasionally fly that way.

Go the long way if you wish but Gariac doesn't play games when it comes to Area 51. I have downloaded a couple different things for Google Earth from him and it was exactly as advertized.

Checked it out and that seems like a reasonable idea to me. This could be a coincidence but they could very well be visual indicators as you said. Good find I had never noticed that before.
