About 100 workers at the port, and 150 children at the Boys and Girls Club in Riviera Beach, were evacuated from the surrounding areas of the port late this afternoon, after suspicious activities were noted involving a delivered container. Two men have been arrested in connection to the suspicious containers and the "Palm Beach Princess cruise ship has been told to stay out at sea" according to WPBF News.

Suspicious Incident Prompts Port Evacuation
Riviera Beach Mayor Michael Brown told reporters two men have been arrested in connection with suspicious containers at the port.

Nearly all of the port was shut down just after 4 p.m.

The port was reopened a little after 5 pm this afternoon. the men that were detained were released after police had detained them thinking one of them was on a national terrorist watch list.

I also heard that it was nothing. Just a case of mistaken identity.
