can say that there is no atmosphere on Mars, so little wind and no rain. Other than the occasional meteorite what would deteriorate this?
You clearly need to read up on Mars. It has a atmosphere, it has wind, it has snow and it even has the biggest sandstorms known in our solar
Some recent studies show that it might have even had LIQUID water on the surface in more recent times, and that it might be dry now due to it being in
a ice age which is theorised to be controlled by orbital changes that happen in cycles.
Even if the last theory is wrong you still have sand storms, landslides and so on which WILL change the surface of the planet.
