The Horror of Fukushima

I'm starting to kind of accept the idea of a third arm. For the past few days, I've been contemplating on the various uses I could get out of having a third arm...

For example:

I could drive my car, drink my coffee, and shift gears all at the same time.

or

I could brush my teeth, wash my face, and pick out belly button lint all at the same time allowing me to get ready for work faster in the mornings, and thus, I could sleep in longer. Bonus !

Now the next question is:
What sort of use could I get from growing a third ear... ??
