I guess with her work history and knowledge on radiation along with the fact that this lady will have many reliable contacts in the Industry she would be Anti Nuclear, if you were Pro Nuclear you wouldn't be making such a presentation those who are Pro Nuclear are the ones trying to hide this information.

Many so called Pro Nuclear Experts especially the ones who are covering up the truth are very Narccecistic with Egos as big as the moon with pockets the same size.

She has probably put her Career on the line here, considering the information she is imparting, in fact I dare go as far as to say that she has put more than her Career on the Line. Her Christian Background has allowed her to do this in protection of Mankind - we don't have many people around who would be prepared to do this - they would load the gun for sure but will let others fire the bullets. I have great respect for her and believe she is being completely honest.

We are all searching for the truth in this upside down world we now live in. Listening to many versions of the truth along with an abundance of lies and cover ups by the very people we are supposed to trust.
Now I have great faith in the fact that people take their own truths from what they see and hear and following the mirade of endless information being absorbed by people, we do have the ability to decern and when you hear the truth - something rings a bell - you can pull it apart as much as you wish and listen to a thousand opinions - but that bell rings and in some people, it rings louder than in others.

The Truth always comes out in the end!

If you can find the proof. The physical proof. Then show it for all the world to see. A simple gigacounter in a location can give me all the proof I need.

You are right - but it will only give you the reading of the very spot your standing in!

Do you have a plan? If so, would you be so kind as to share it with us, we need all the ideas we can get.

At the moment all we can do is find every way to not contaminate our homes and as much as possible stay out of the rain, stock up on goods, get bottled water that is not contaminated, and if that's not possible learn how water can be decontaminated.
There is plenty of information that is available on the net, get it while you can.

EXACTLY - Now what I say is - if you are going to die - there's no need to die hungry and thirsty.

one was that it is counter logic to say animal deaths only happen in google areas...one, because google is everywhere, and two, you probably wouldn't hear about mass deaths in areas where there are no telecommunication , so tough to establish cause and effect

can't think of the second one right now, but it did involve false / counter logic as well....if i recall i'll post

Yes. And and that location is across the US because of nationally available and viewable sites. Ergo, where's the proof to contradict this?

I'm here seeking truth, not respect.

One in five Americans thinks the sun revolves around the Earth so there's no doubt that 20% can't discern truth for themselves.

And I don't have much respect for people who are gullible enough to believe the all nonsense in the OP video, but I do have respect for those who are skeptical of her unsourced claims, as well as the official story. There are some of each posting in this thread.

That latest video from Arnie Gunderson doesn't try to hide the fact that some Americans will get cancer from this Japan incident, but he and the doctor directly contradict the claim in the OP video that parts of the US should have been evacuated. I could refute every unsourced claim in the video but it wouldn't do much good because the critical thinkers here are already skeptical of unsourced claims, and the people that aren't skeptical of her unsourced claims will believe just about anything, so it's not productive to try logic on that mindset.

We created this page with the clear intention of informing you of vital information which we explain here and in related posts. Due to the high volume of visitors, most of whom have very valid and urgent questions, we are unable to answer each question. We have posted a Radiation Station FAQ page. Check it out and also read through the hundreds comments to see if your question has been answered. Above is a live shot of a RadAlert Inspector Nuclear Radiation Monitor in EnviroReporter.com‘s Santa Monica office on the West Los Angeles border. Elevation 140 feet. The unit is approximately one meter off of the ground in a wood-floored structure built over crawlspace with soil foundation. Next to the Inspector is a LaCrosse digital weather station with Atomic Clock featuring Weather Girl.

It's the national information that we have relied on for years - very trustworthy! They wouldn't falsify this stuff. Perhaps you would like to upload the readings (I'm assuming you have them) just for future reference.

Also when you up load them could you deduct from the current numbers by the amount they have raised the level by which they tell us is safe. Just so that we get a true reading.

I am fully confident that Leuren Moret is more than able to divulge her sources perhaps she should have made a presentation on her sources just to satisfy people like you.

I think her presentation was about something other than her sources.

Then again her experience, knowledge and education wouldn't permit her any access to information and sources as good as yours.

Don't insult the womans intelligence.

You know that 'little bell of truth' is ringing in the back of your head - which is why you are following this thread. By all means follow your own instincts, as you say, you are not here for respect - very evident.

Personally I am tired of reading the posts in this thread about how Ms. Moret does not have a degree in nuclear physics (or nucular, as it is pronounced by so many politicians). She DOES have experience in the industry, and she has a best friend and consultant who was one of the central figures in the Manhattan Project (who later gained a conscience and fought against above ground testing). What's more she believes in the rightness of her cause and she cares about is happening to life on Earth; she has devoted a very large part of her life to the cause. No amount of framed documents hanging on the wall will get you that, nor will it teach you the facts and data inter-relationships she has uncovered.

People who have degrees (the higher the degree the more true this is) are bound to that degree and to that field for their livelyhood; they will most often be the last to speak up -- not to even mention the ungodly amount of boot licking and brainwashing getting that degree forced them to go through. I remember what getting my engineering degree was like; when I got out I didn't want anything to do with the whole thing for many years, even though the love for my field never left me.

If you haven't noticed this little thing-oid about this world, then please start now. It was ambitious, smart people with degrees obediently doing their jobs that got us into this catastrophic mess, even while so many top figures from the Manhattan Project, who had been there, done that, seen that, fought against any further use of nukes. Sure, maybe nukes saved us from fascism for a while (debatable), but look where we are now. We will never really know how many have paid, or will pay, in suffering and/or their lives. It's bound to be many times what we'll ever be told. But there is a hint; just look at the rates of all kinds of deadly diseases over the last 60 years. I wonder if the pres took a fiddle with him when he took off to South America before the first waves hit the East Coast...

Jeff McMahon The Ingenuity of the Commons Radiation Detected In Drinking Water In 13 More US Cities, Cesium-137 In Vermont Milk Apr. 9 2011 - 8:15 am | 47,131 views | 3 recommendations | 17 comments By JEFF MCMAHON Image of a dairy cow out standing in its field. Radiation has reached the EPA's maximum contaminant level in some milk samples (Royalty-free image collection via flickr) • Unusual Reading At Chatanooga Nuclear Plant • Milk Contamination At EPA Maximum • Highest Levels Yet In Boise Rainwater [UPDATED 4/11 with FDA's Derived Intervention Level] Radiation from Japan has been detected in drinking water in 13 more American cities, and cesium-137 has been found in American milk—in Montpelier, Vermont—for the first time since the Japan nuclear disaster began, according to data released by the Environmental Protection Agency late Friday. Milk samples from Phoenix and Los Angeles contained iodine-131 at levels roughly equal to the maximum contaminant level permitted by EPA, the data shows. The Phoenix sample contained 3.2 picoCuries per liter of iodine-131. The Los Angeles sample contained 2.9. The EPA maximum contaminant level is 3.0, but this is a conservative standard designed to minimize exposure over a lifetime, so EPA does not consider these levels to pose a health threat. [UPDATE: The FDA's Derived Intervention Level for iodine-131 in milk is much higher: 4700 picoCuries per liter. Read why.]

EPA to raise limits for radiation exposure while Canada turns off fallout detectors Tuesday, April 05, 2011 by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger Editor of NaturalNews.com (NaturalNews) The mass radioactive contamination of our planet is now under way thanks to the astonishing actions taking place at the Fukushima nuclear facility in Japan. As of last night, TEPCO announced it is releasing 10,000 tons of radioactive water directly into the Pacific Ocean. That 2.4 million gallons of planetary poison being dumped directly into the ocean. This water is being released because they have run out of places to keep it on land. It's too deadly to transport anywhere else, and all the storage pools around Fukushima are already overflowing. So they're dumping it into the ocean, then calling it "safe" because they claim the ocean will "disperse" all the radiation and make it harmless. Learn more: www.naturalnews.com...

Potential dispersion of the radioactive cloud over The Northern Hemisphere This animation displays a potential dispersion of the radioactive cloud (Caesium 137 Isotope) after a nuclear accident in reactor Fukushima I. The continuous release rate is very uncertain, thus the calculations have to be interpreted qualitatively. Dispersion in the near surface level (Level 1), in appr. 2500 m height (Level 12) and in appr. 5000 m height (Level 16)

Now imagine you have an in ground swimming in your back yard, and 5 to 10 people keep urinating in it all day long everyday for a couple of months and you don't treat it with any chemicals except for maybe adding some fresh water to it. But then you run out of the ability to add fresh water, what would happen to that pool and how would the air around the area smell. This is just a small scale analogy to a larger situation.

Whether you believe what she said to be true or not, it has hit a nerve and unless you’re purposely a member of ATS with the calculated intent of being a troll or spreading disinformation, we can at least agree that we’re all here because on some level, we KNOW that something is just not right. Once a seed of belief or suspicion has been planted, it’s virtually impossible to turn back the hands of time (hence the term “ignorance is bliss”) and speaking for myself, I honestly was scared to hear what she had to say because I’m so drained from the fear I’ve been living with for so long now. I know that many of us have been feeling that fear because it’s the most common underlying theme on all of the different forums - whether you’re talking about nuclear fallout, earthquake clusters, grumblings you’ve felt under your feet or intuitive dreams you’ve been having – the underlying theme is that something is off and we’re scared. So after self-talking through all of the excuses I could find to NOT watch the video, I finally recognized my hesitation for what it really was and forced myself to sit and watch for the full duration. This is scary stuff and I wouldn’t judge anyone (with the exception of someone having a purposeful disinformation agenda) based on their own individual reaction which has ranged, thus far, from dismissing the message as rubbish and trying to discredit the messenger, to diverting our feelings of fear and anger by blasting those we feel responsible, to calmly trying to figure out how we can brainstorm on possible solutions. Whether you choose to address it from a social, scientific, philosophical or metaphysical, perspective doesn’t make any difference – we are all here participating in this discussion for a reason and the way we would each process this type of message is just as individual as our own DNA. Again, this is SCARY stuff to even consider but each of us gets to choose the role we play (or not play). If we can’t do that with respect and integrity towards one another, we have already lost the battle folks.

One statement she made toward the end of her speech struck a particular cord with me – (paraphrasing) that we need to depersonalize the situation in order to come up with actions to mitigate the progression of the damage already done to us and the planet. She is absolutely right because our emotions make us vulnerable and in considering the enormity of the situation, an emotional and personalized response would likely result in paralysis borne from feelings of helplessness and powerlessness. Regardless of how much you may or may not believe in what she’s saying, it’s a given that the world has been a messed up place for a long time now and it’s probably too late to “fix” the damage already done so I am choosing to focus on what I can do to make some type of positive contribution to the mitigation. If I were to try to focus on finding solutions for EVERYTHING, I’m again overwhelmed and end up feeling powerless, so I’m choosing one area to focus on. For me, it’s an earnest pledge to educate myself about the many botanical and metaphysical alchemies we already have in our own environments to treat certain diseases. I no longer want to be dependent on the pharmaceutical industries that I feel have thus far poisoned us and left our bodies even more susceptible to illness and disease. It’s not the answer for everything, but it’s something and once I have some legitimate success in this area, I will share it with whoever is interested or will listen to me. I know that I’m not going to wake up tomorrow with this new knowledge miraculously implanted in my brain - it’s a long term commitment I’m talking about but it is what I am choosing to do as my contribution toward breaking the vicious cycle. We all have our strengths and you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to make a contribution – just recognize your own individual strengths (whether it be in the area of research, advocacy, communication, motivation, etc.) and then use those strengths to make your own contribution in any way you can, big or small it makes no difference. Perhaps if we each do that, the end result will be a collective success of what we are all seeking.

I believe this to be an eye-opening and great thread, OP, and I give you full S&F
.

This is so so true my X had a Degree in Physics and Mathematics and another one in Marine Engineering (Design) and did have the slightest bit of Common Sense. I mixed with all his Uni friends for years and the were a damn clever bunch but very few of them had any Common and I learned a valuable lesson - they are only good at what ever it is they specialise in.

Ask them to knock a nail in the wall and they'll go looking for the book.

That's an excellent summary of where we are today and is as you say the only way we can contribute on an individual level I have a VERY close family member who is a Doctor and yes there are occasions when Big Pharma comes in useful and often saves lives especially when it comes to the more serious illnesses. However, eating the right food and using more natural means to cure the many many smaller ailments - stop the antibiotics and allow your body to develop it's own immunity will prevent us in many instances from becoming a victim of the more serious illnesses.

Most infections are beaten within 3 - 5 days of onset naturally but because of our own immunity - when people take antibiotics it also takes about the same time to have an effect and the patient will say "Wow, they are great - they worked' what they don't realise is that their own system which is a miracle in itself, would have cured the illness anyway.

I don't believe in these mass vaccinations of children either (another matter) they're a fallacy.

Thanks for your post!
