Location closest to the epicenter are : Rumahui, Di’una, Manuagere and Tawahara. All this information is based on the location of the epicenter following the USGS data. We have to warn our readers that the epicenter location can have a serious error margin

And since when is 6.9 massive.

It definitely moves the earth, but is far from massive. You're reaching on a few adjectives there methinks.
