2012: A Theory in Cycular Progression

Greetings and Salutations ladies and Gentleman,

In this thread I will attempt to show that, although there may be catastrophic activity within the next few years, be it natural or man made, the outcome will be of mental and spiritual understandings beyond our current imagination. I will begin with setting a precedence through Ancient History as we know it, then bringing it into focus using Ancient Egypt, its connections of today, and evidence of tomorrow. As stated in the title, this is a theory, provided for your consideration and critique in order to expand, define, and detail a plausible future.

The Vedic culture from ancient India speaks of a grand cycle of 26,000 years, consisting of 13,000 years of ascending light ages and 13,000 years of descending dark ages. During the light ages there is a philosophy of living in tune with nature and actual interaction with the gods and was a Matriarchal system. During the dark ages there are wars and domination coupled with destruction and is a Patriarchal system. We are currently completing the Male cycle and entering the Female. Each period of Male/Female is ruled by its own specific style of Government known as Matriarchy(Feminine) and Patriarchy(Masculine).


It has been shown that in the worlds pre-history that Matriarchal societies have existed and that through time have given way to Patriarchy. During the times of Matriarchal society the evolution of the mind and the understandings of the world around us have been the goal and great advancements in the mind, science, health, and technology in knowledge have grown. Where in the Patriarchal society's the concept of Conquer and Rule are the dominating force and weapons and technology of rule are the result. As history has been lost to us it is difficult to go back to the societies of 50,000 BC-37,000 BC but we have found evidence during this period that societies may have been Matriarchal. This is a heated subject and no solid conformation exists therefore we jump to the next period of Matriarchal rule, which was 24,000 BC -11,000 BC, best found in Ancient Egypt.

There are more than 5,000 Egyptian Hieroglyphics, all with different meanings. Each letter is a concept and each word is a sentence, and as a picture is worth a thousand words, it is safe to assume that there are different levels of meaning. The basics of Hieroglyphics, were deciphered from the Rosetta stone(circa 196 BC) by French Scholar Jean-Francois Champollion and British Scientist Thomas Young. The release of the translation may have been postponed due to the thought of multiple meanings, never the less it was released in 1822. It is now believed by some that the pictographs are actually acronyms, much like we use today. This discovery opened a new chapter of Ancient Egypt that was previously hidden from us. It brought a deeper understanding of their life philosophy and expresion. As the ancient Egyptians were meticulous in keeping records, we can see a drastic change in society and beliefs beginning about 11,000 BC(the beginning of Patriarchal rule). During the previous 13,000 years of Matriarchal rule, great advancements of the mind, cosmology, and peace occurred and a true perspective of what Matriarchy actually is, is now apparent to us.

Matriarchy is a true balance of the male/female aspects of the mind and rule. It is the bringing together of the right and left hemispheres of the brain to be used as a whole with the use of all 360 senses rather than using only the left hemisphere of the brain, which is logic and the expression of the 5 basic senses used in a Patriarchal mind set. This transition brings us through what is called a bi-cameral mind which is the use of both sides of the mind, however in this thinking structure both hemispheres are not used in union with each other. When shifting into the Patriarchal mind set we loose connection to the right hemisphere and in contrast in a matriarchal mind set we gain the use of the right hemisphere. Studies show that the greatest minds of our time use more of their brain and have linked both hemispheres of their brain in the thinking process.

The pictographs are based in cosmology so this is where we look. The cosmology of the Matriarchal society can be seen by the alignment of astrological signs, most predominately the signs of the Big Dipper and Orion. All the major cities and temples are within these alignments, the oldest being Nabta Playa. Nabta Playa is a megalithic site found by Author Robert Bauval during his research, into the alignments of the stars versus the Temples built by the Egyptians, in the 1970s and is located 100km West of the Nile and about 30km North of the Sudanese border. Below ground level there has been found the "Cow Stone' circa 6,000BC showing a worship of the cow being of spiritual descent but it is the stone below this that is of interest in this subject. It is much older and shows the complexity of the alignments were set up during the Matriarchal system. The Temple of Karnak is aligned to the setting of the Summer Solstice Sun and the rising of the Winter Solstice Sun. The "Cow Stone" is a through back of the pre pre-dynastic Egyptian period of the Matriarchal belief system. Some cave drawings from 13,000-15,000 years ago show that pre-dynastic belief systems originated with cattle cults linked to the Nile. Cattle were deified and were considered Earthly representatives of the gods with Hathor(Mother of the Sun) as the central figure. Cattle postulates were in the Sahara thousands of years before pre-dynastic Egypt. Gilf Kebir, a large plateau, is the home of "The Cave of Swimmers" made famous in the movie "The English Patient" shows verification that cattle cults were widespread throughout Egypt as translated by the Dogon people. Egypts cosmology is about the creation of matter and is so advanced that the science of today is just beginning to catch up. It seems that Ancient Egypt enjoyed a long period of peace and prosperity with a profound connection with nature and spirit.

Other examples of the Matriarchal system can be seen in the carving of statues, wigs, and carvings of spiritual teachings. During the Matriarchal period statues are of a Man and a Woman sitting together with the Womans arm around the Man showing possession or female guidance through the system. Men and Women are equal in a matriarchal system however the Woman may have been slightly higher simply because of the reverence and the "politeness" given by the "Gentlemen". It can also be seen in the use of wigs by both the Male and Female. The Males wig are layered and made of different lengths where a Females wig is smooth and all one length. A Male wearing a Females wig shows high status and wisdom. Spiritual carvings show the interaction of obtaining wisdom and balance. They were rudimentary teachings of the mystery traditions of the Egyptian and Mayan cosmic cycles. They show as one approached higher levels of consciousness they begin to bring the Masculine and Feminine energies together in balance, the bringing together the logical and creative minds into one. In the carvings, almost always, one foot is further forward than the other. If the left foot is forward it shows connection to the Feminine and the right forward shows connection to the Masculine. If the step is large it shows a Masculine dominance and this is the common during "Newer" Egypt after the shift to Patriarchy. You can also see reverence in the showing of a person with two left hands showing the Feminine, as left represents giving and the right represents taking.



Other representations of the Matriarchal society are the carvings of the Crook, the Flail, and the Staff in different combinations. The Crook represents Emotion, the Flail represents the Mind, and the Staff represents the Body. When all three are present it shows balance and true consciousness can develop. The Staff always has the head of a bird and a forked base and it never touches the ground. This is a representation that we are spiritual beings having an Earth experience, we are physical but our souls can go beyond the Earthly plane.

Set within the arched entrance to temples is a vulture and a snake separated by a winged disc or the Eye of Ra or Horus. The vulture represents the Female and the snake represents the Male. They both have the same glands but are vastly different creatures and together show balance of the mind. The Eye of Ra/Horus shows the expansion of consciousness or the "third eye". When put together it is an expression that the lower self must give way to the higher self. In other words the Ego must be left outside when entering the temple. The ceiling of the temples are covered with stars showing higher consciousness. As stated before the vulture and the snake have the same glands, this is important because each gland corresponds to a Chakra within the Human body, the thyroid and the pineal glands are the most important as both are critical to activating consciousness. The Luxor Temple is very important in showing this as it was set up in the sacred geometry of the Human dimensions, with the pineal gland sitting exactly where the "Holy of Holy" temple is located. In the Temple you will also find papyrus(Masculine) and the blue lotus(Feminine) always together showing balance.



Countless images of half Man, half animal, called Therion(Greek for wild beast) Throbs(Greek for Man). (add in: no search result brings this term to light however the Greek translation is correct) Mayans and Egyptians both painted Therion Throbs after "Spirit Walks" and held the status of gods. These "Spirit Walks" were activated by using the Blue Lotus, a hallucinogen, possibly mixed with poppies. The Pyramid texts show documentation of the visions of the outer realms, and they describe the return of the feminine in the Age of Aquarius and the innate Human abilities.


The Scarab was a representation of the Human head during the Matriarchal period. It had 7 spikes on its head representing the 7 orifices or openings of the face ie; 2 eyes, 2 ears, two nostrils, and the mouth. Its body represented the brain as two hemispheres together as one, thus higher knowledge. The left side represented the consciousness of daily mundane thought and the right side represented the sub-conscious and was unable to understand what was going on without the right. This is an Idea that was not understood until Freud in the early 1900s. With the conscious and the sub-conscious together as one we have 360 senses. We have the 5 senses known today but the glands create other senses and different combinations of those glands/chakras create the other 355 senses. these create an electromagnetic sphere surrounding the body.



It was believed that when one died they came before Anubus and he weighed the heart of the deceased. If the heart was light it meant that one had lived a good and spiritual life. If it was heavy it meant that one lead a negative dark life and was not admitted into the underworld. The entire Matriarchal society was brought down, and became a Patriarchal society, by the Amun Priesthood because they began to sell dolls to offset the scales allowing anyone to enter the underworld and the spiritual understandings no longer had merit. With this money they purchased 2/3 of the Egypt, removed the Matriarchy and created a Patriarch Monarchy system. The use of the obelisk, a phallic symbol, became prevalent in showing that Egypt was now a Patriarchy system. The Idea of slavery was incorporated and accepted as it is easier to be a slave with the possibility of revolt later than to die. Egypt remained as a world power for a period of time due to old beliefs still being present but as time went on the secrets were lost and the Patriarchy led to the collapse of the Egyptian Civilization.

We continue the Patriarchal society by following the use of symbols. In Egypt the main symbol of the Sun was a disc. This disc was either plane or included the Eye of Ra/Horus and represented the "third eye' of knowledge. We find the disk again in the Roman civilization, however the rays of the Sun have been added. This represents the Male, as Ra/Horus were Male, and has lost its spiritual understanding and now shows a dominant Male thought pattern. The Roman Civilization also incorporated the obelisk as a symbol of the Patriarchy. It is my personal opinion that members of the Amun Priesthood either infiltrated or set up the Civilization of Rome, thus the continuation of their symbols of the Male Sun and the phallic symbol of Man. Rome was based in conquering, war, and dominance. It contained a Monarchy system and followed the teachings of Hammurabi. Hammurabi, the King of Babylon, who lived toward the end of the Matriarchal system and set down a Law and Order of a Patriarchal system. The shift was on its way but as the shifts take hundreds of years to come into being, his teachings took time to become prevalent. Back to the Roman Empire. Rome, in the beginning, was truly a Monarchy system then later added the Greek idea of a Democratically driven Senate that really had no power over the Caesar or His decisions. However they were known to "eliminate" a Caesar to gain power. The Fall of Rome is attributed to the same reasons that the Egyptian Civilization collapsed and that was that greed overtook the Government and they went broke.

This leads us to the Roman Catholic "Dynasty"(*The Church). A Male oriented control system based in the Patriarchal society. They also incorporated the Male symbols of the "Rayed Disk" and the obelisk. The Sun disk was altered once more and the rays were changed to beams and the Eye of Ra/Horus were returned, giving us the "All seeing eye" we know today. Again due to the incorporation of the symbols and their meanings, I believe the Amun Priesthood has continued to be a major part of the ruling body. Patriarchy continued. The ruling body then split again in the form of the Templar Knights. There is no documented proof that the Templar Knights continued after the fateful day, Friday October 13th 1307, however the continuation of the symbols show that the Catholic Church, the Knights Templar, The Crown Temple, and Modern Freemasonry are connected at least in the in the beginnings of their creation. All follow the original understandings of Hammurabi and the original Patriarchal codes as well as ancient Egyptian ceremony.


Two hundred years ago we began the shift back toward the Matriarchal system of rule. Spirituality began to gain in many forms and technology began to thrive. The patriarchal leaders altered technology to create dominance, control, limitation, and weapons in last ditch attempt to maintain control. The problem is that the Human mind is altering as well. We are again returning to the bi-cameral mind on our shift to the unified mind and the Matriarchal system. Women Rights were the beginnings of things to come toward the unity of the people, the mind, and the Spirit.

According to the Long Count Calendar, used by the Mayans and other Meso-American Societies, the currant Baktun will end on 12/21/12. The exact time of the Winter Solstice will occur at exactly 11:11 GMT. It is at this time that the Long Count Calendar flips and begins anew. It is believed that this is the alignment of the Earth and Sun to the Galactic center, however This can be observed for 28 years before and 8 years after 2012. What makes this a Special event is that the Sun will appear within one part of the Great Rift that runs along the Galactic Equator held by the Mayans and the Egyptians as the place of rebirth. It will take up to 20 years to travel through this Rift. This will not be a galactic alignment but in actuality a Galactic Conjunction. This is when two objects are aligned from the perspective of Earth. This conjunction will happen for the first time in 26,000 years and will not be impressive at all to witness. Jupiter and Saturn will be in a formation known as a YOD or the finger of God. The question then becomes why 2012? What is so important about it? Why was the calendar set to fall on that year, especially because it is at the ending of the passage through the Galactic Center?

The answer is simple, 2012 is not at all about the conjuncture of the Sun and the Galactic rift. What it is about is that no other year does the Winter Solstice occur at exactly 11:11. How the Mayans knew this was going to be the case is beyond understanding at this point. The Sun goes through magnetic polarity reversals on the average of 11.11 years. Scientists, through Quantum Physics are begining to understand that this reality is holographic and a intelligently created simulation. 11:11 symbolizes cycles of manifestation and re-manifestation as if following a "Blue Print". Both 2012 and 11:11 are numerical metaphors for the end and a beginning. It is believed to be a "reset button" and the energies of the Universe will again be attuned. It is also believed that for a short period of time a portal will open in the black hole at the center of the Universe releasing enough energy to alter the vibrational frequency of all life in the Universe.

It is my theory that at this point the leaders of the Patriarchy Systems around the world are scampering to assert control as it slips through there fingers, and we are about to enter into a Golden Age of Matriarchal rule. A balance between the Masculine and Feminine energies bringing about the balance needed to use our brains and mental abilities in a way that can not be understood at this time, as we are not accustomed to using 100% of our brain. I believe the Governments understand this shift as certain things are occurring within the Government to prepare. This shift may not "just happen" overnight as in if a portal opens in the black hole at the center of the Universe and alters everything but the shift is happening. Prepare yourself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for the next evolution of the Human mind.

Zion was initially built for the purpose of saving the last of the human race following the war against the armies of Zero One. However, a Machine program named The Architect, the creator and manipulator of the Matrix, manipulated the situation so Zion served as a control for the survival of the program in two ways. Firstly, the Machines could allow any humans who did not, or could not, accept the Matrix for what it was to live in the physical world without having to recapture them (this reduced dissent within the Matrix's population and prevented an exponentially-growing rejection rate from its population from causing entire "crops" of humans to die out, reducing power output). Essentially, Zion was allowed to exist by the Machines as a giant pressure-release valve on the entire system, allowing the humans that realized the Matrix wasn't real (statistically, only a fraction of 1% of the whole human population) to be conveniently removed and isolated. Secondly, the Architect would periodically destroy Zion and its inhabitants as part of a deal coercing the One into reinserting the "Prime Program", a program code required to maintain the Matrix, allowing the Matrix to continue and Zion to be rebuilt by chosen survivors without memory of the destruction. The Machines usually timed this to occur when Zion's population grew in size to the point that it was just beginning to pose a significant threat to them.

Damn fine thread! And congratulations! We could not imagine living in our grandparents world as children. Couldn't appreciate it. While we pine over what is gone, kids appreciate what is there. They'll happily modify it, work with it. They don't miss what they didn't know. There are still a million things about this planet they should not miss, that make it worth it. Just one is time spent with the people we love.

You certainly did a good job of describing patriarchs in history, but you didn't prove your conclusion.

All living languages are living because of new words being introduced, defined, and accepted other wise it would be a dead language. When I was trying to decide on the title of this thread I looked at several words to describe what I was attempting to convey. I thought about using cyclical, circular, patterned, periodic, recurrent, recurring, repeated, and repetitive but ultimately chose cycular for two reasons. First, because I liked the way it sounded in the title and second, because I had already stepped outside the box in writing this thread and decided that maybe the title should be outside the box as well. Doing a search for the word cycular, and removing the dictionaries that say "word not found", there are still over 5,000 references to the words usage. It conveys a meaning that is easy to understand and simply because it has not yet been widely accepted does not diminish its ability to express an understanding.

As for proving my point, I realize that you have made a good one. I simply stated that it is true that we are moving back to a matriarchal society without giving very many examples. I was so focused on getting the information correct that I did not end the thread with a stronger argument. Therefore I present a new set of links that I feel support the theory.

What you should do is go through the links you posted and then rewrite this thread with citations. You want me to take it seriously, then you should put in the time to make it serious.

This is your theory and I think you owe it to yourself to present it in the right way.

1) firstly the vulture and snake......nekhbet from nekhen (upper)....and winged wadjet from helipolis(lower) well pe... upper and lower egypt...it is a representation of the two states & religons of ancient egypt comming under the god Re, in the 5th and 6th dynasties..atum-ra...

a representation of duality?...well the duality of re....as he came about from emmenation...self created the gods...male/female.....this was the ideology of heliopolis in the 5th and 6th dynastys (sun kings)...which took over from the memphis ideology of the 1,2,3,4 dynasties....memphis was the original capital...they worshiped ptah...who as ptah-tjannen (mound)...gave birth to the gods...

2) the part with the woman holding the pharaoh on his left.....well, the word Pharaoh, actually meant "great house"....khemet (pre- dynastic egypt) was a maitriachy ...so the great house was the WOMB that created the king.......

the statues are more like...the pharaoh is on the females right...she is presenting her heir to the throne.

3) nabta playa is said to record precession not just the sun....namely orions procession...is the most acurate data to use....aparantly!!

4) the animal heads...are representations of the gods ba on earth....the started as smaller gods of the different provinces....but during ptah and atums reigns their preists put all these gods under either atum or ptah....

well the former femal period should have ended 13.000 years ago with the falling of atlantis then...............

I think the first half of this argument is well thought out and well referenced (I havent got the time to check all the links and citations right now, but will try to soon).

However, when you start talking about the nature of the "holographic" universe becoming accepted by scientists and continue talking about the galactic alignment of the universe and everything, there seems to be a lack of citations and references to back this up.

I do not claim to be an expert in this area and admit I haven't done much research in this area myself, but if you are as sure about this theory as you claim to be, can you provide some links backing up your ideas for those of us that wish to understand it more.

Any source for the solar cycle being 11.11 years? Eleven years is well-known, but 11:11 sounds a bit convenient.

And keep in mind, that is 11:11 England time. Across all the time zones, the odds of this happening are only 1 in 60.

So purely speculatively speaking, if a portal is to open due to a conjunction on December 21, 2012 at 11:11 GMT, would it be logical to presume that we might be experiencing some preliminary effects in the run up to that date? I wonder if that could explain the mass change in the world, awakenings, and synchronicity commonly being reported.
