It's very hard to find the anti-christ, actually impossible by these methods. In the Greek and Hebrew language there are no "numbers" such as 1, 2, 3, or 666. The Greek and Hebrew letters are also numbers. Gematria is the adding up or "counting" (Rev 13:18), the numerical equivalent of each letter in a word or name. This was fairly common in the days before alphabetic numbers. For instance, on the walls of ancient Pompeii, someone wrote, "I love her whose number is 545".

For instance the name of Jesus in Greek equals 888

Because the English alphabet contains both numbers and letters, gematria does not actually exist. Since it doesn't exist in the English alphabet — make one up! And that's exactly what many "666 counters" do. Some have claimed that Hitler "counted" to 666.

but you can't, if you desire to effectively communicate, just post name and number tallies that are cryptic, at best, and expect to engage people in an honest dialog.

this is a very specific field of study and the vernacular used within is not understood by the, vast, majority of people.

bringing this information to the table is awesome.

Are you suggesting that the most efficient communication device ever known to mankind is the Antichrist????

What we do with technology is what matters. The Antichrist is not a person per-say, but rather an energy, a force of materialism. It's a downward focus on the physical things of life, as oppposed to the spiritual focus that the Christ represents.

Anyone or anything can be an agent of the Antichrist energy. Guys like Hitler, Bin Laden, and things like money, the internet, can be all swords if used for selfish ends.
