What are symptoms of demonic possession?

Yeah? So if I think I may have appendicitis and ask "what are the symptoms of appendicitis" then I have a prominent symptom? Could be cramps due to dehydration, gas pains, kidney stone, etc. Probably best not to "go with my gut" on that one but rather talk to someone who would know.

I doubt very much you could care one way or the other about demonic possession so could you please help saint4one before he's out of breath being under god and all.

Not sticking up for the originator, just questioning the conclusion you'd come to.



We're all under God, by definition. If we were above God, then God wouldn't be God.



I don't know who saint4one is as I haven't seen his/her reply. If this were meant for me, I would say that I had already replied to the original poster with helpful advice and invite them to a personal dialogue via U2U if they're interested in making more actionable determinations and progress.

How can you associate demonic possession with what you see on tv and read in horror novels...

Demonic possession is "subtle" - Like whispers in your ear -

There is no vomiting, crawling down stairs backwards or shaking beds...

Demons ( the evil ones ) simply put thoughts in your head..

IE: Petty theft...murder...rape...any and all kinds of sexual fetishes...

NOT ALL crime and such can be attributed to demonic possession, that would be absurd, but most people are influenced by evil forces on a daily basis, whether you like it or not.

Yes, you can be possessed by an evil entity, but it would be in such a way that most people won't take notice of, unless they are very close friends and relatives.

They possess you to corrupt you, from the inside out...

I have ALOT more to say on this subject from first hand experience, but I will leave it at that

It would help to read the New Testament. In the Old, the people were bound by all those laws. Jesus explains (very well I might add) what the meaning was behind the laws and simplifies the law and fulfilled them.

well as you know my nephew is possesed by one right now.

1. ignoring the bible(god)
2. Electrical problems.
3. Sudden death in the family.
4. Black spots on carpets or walls.
5. the person acts arrogantly.
6. the person is up at night.

Don't have to be possessed for this to happen. Many people do that so the conclusion would be the majority of the world is also possessed. And of course, many Christians before they became believers would've also been possessed.



This is very hard to pin as a person's fault. My house is fairly new but had electrical problems because of inattentive/rushed wiring. Older houses will have electrical problems. Appliances will have electrical problems to save costs, etc.



What was the reason for death. If your nephew murdered the person, then the link is more clear.



Caused by what? Cigarettes? Is it a kind of dust? Paint? Please be more descriptive.



That would mean about 90% of us Americans are possessed too.

Placebos and positive thinking don't cure cancer. Any doctor will tell you the same (else we'd have no doctors and no medications). Why in the world would this be any different? It's a cancer of of soul, throwing fake pills at it ain't gonna make it go away.

I didn't say it was only a placebo, I said at the least it may act that way,(as in if someone is beleiveing they are possesed but not) But it could seriously help.

Personnal experiance tells me that.
