D-DAY is upon us... According to the terminator clock, at 8:11 p.m. tuesday april 19
Sky net became self-aware and the sh#t will hit the fan, sure hope arnold will be on our side.
Skynet is destined to go online, april 21 2011.

theres no such thing as SKYNET..it was a movie,nothing more...very cool movies but thats it...even tho i do believe one day that the real world could end up like the TERMINATOR movies or even the MATRIX,i dont think it will happen for a long time yet...so we can hold off forming the resistence against the machines and we need to consetrate more the corrupt governments...

SKYNET may not exist, but I intuit something eerily similar may spring up over the next decade or so.

It's actually worse, imo. Various deep black ops likely have insanely fast supercomputers that run off something totally different than mere silicon & 1's + 0's. Then you've got "hive mind" technology which seems to be well into the preliminary phase, and I haven't a clue exactly how they're going about it.

If the global technological monstrosities become self-aware, game over man!!

why hasnt this been covered more on here then? its like all of a sudden somebody was watching one of the movies and realized holy crap the date in the movie is coming up and in the last 2 days or so i have been seeing alot more threads about it..like jumping on he band wagon kinda deal...if this was such a big event and could actually be possible dont you think that people shoulda been talking about it more alot sooner instead of just a couple of days beore it supposeably happens?

Time will tell, and remember i am just playing around a toth,

Whatever technology you think we have, I'm quite certian we are far more advanced than it seems.

With supercomputers, wireless everything and cloud storage etc... its not too hard to imagine an AI program that's smart enough to not be cointained to a single computer.
