None of those websites are affiliated with the government.

DARPA's website could be seen as creepy.

And there's a lot of "creepy" stuff on here.

I believe that google has a contract with the DOD, they even get their jets fueled up and stored at an Air force base in California. I think they did a Watchdog report on it.
Peace!

Here is the Financial crimes enforcement network web site:

FINCEN

Here is where banks can turn you in if they suspect you of committing a financial crime. There are also forms for "suspicious" cash transactions. So if you deposit a lot of money, you might get flagged on this web site and get a nice visit from the FINCEN people, who work for the U.S. treasury. Nice.

DHS "Report Incidents" Page

And the press release about See Something, Say Something:

See Something, Say Something

See Something, Sat Something on MTS-NY:

MTS-NY

MTS article about the new surveillance system for NYC transit:

I understand now that you are after creepy looking sites as opposed to sites with actual creepy content.

Sorry, can't help you there.

Here's another really creepy one, content wise. Perhaps the creepiest of them all.

Genome.gov

and Genome.gov's YouTube channel:

Maybe you need to be clearer in your OP that you are looking for creepy government logos and graphics, rather than sites with information about big brother activity by the government (which often "look" quite harmless). I think most everyone is responding to your OP with government site content rather than graphics.

You can look up US military patches or even US government logos.

I almost forgot about Zorgons thread on military patches and there meanings.
