Not sure it's a shooting... but it seems more like an accident...

Police, EMS Called to Ross Elementary School

HOUSTON - Police and medical responders were called to Ross Elementary School on Tuesday morning.

Aerial views from SkyFox showed at least three children being taken from the campus to waiting ambulances. One child appeared to have a foot bandaged up while another had his knee wrapped up.

Unconfirmed reports indicate the incident may have involved a gun. The school is on lockdown.

Probably a kid brought a gun to the school and it fired by accident and injured three kids. We'll see with future updates.

Seems I was right...

3 Hurt When Gun Discharges At School

HOUSTON -- Three children were injured when a gun brought to a northeast Houston elementary school by a 6-year-old discharged.

Investigators said the kindergarten students were in the cafeteria when the gun fell out of his backpack and discharged about 10:20 a.m.

Stupid parents.

I can already hear the gun totting trigger happy NRA member yelling about how it's not about the Gun but about the irresponsible parents and about the kid without even knowing about any of the details.

People will never learn.

Because it is about how irresponsible the parents are.

There is only one way a kid that young gets a hold of a gun, an adult leaves it where a kid can easily get to it.

Fox News has live feed if you want to watch.
Be warned there is a annoying siren going in the background.

Yeah, because parents have no responsibility when it comes to an ELEMENTARY school kid getting a gun...

It's all the guns fault. Must have jumped into that kids back pack and picked the right time to shoot three other kids.

Edit to add:

When I have kids the first thing I'm gonna buy is a thumb print locker for my weapons.

I'm sorry blaming an inanimate object is childish. So I blame the parents for making it easy to get ahold of that gun.

Parents not doing their parenting again.
Also didn't this just happen a few months
ago. Where are young children getting
guns and who is not checking their back
packs in the morning before they go to
school. I use to put my granddaughter
on the bus and every morning right before
she went out the door we checked her
bag together to make sure she had
everything needed for the day and
nothing not needed. Now we have
3 injured children - I do hope they will
be alright.

Parents put your guns under lock and
key and make sure the kids don't know
where the key is - please!
