New guy here

Hello ATS,
I've been reading through this site for probably the last six months now and have finally chosen t make myself a profile. You could say that ever since I was a little boy I was an outside the box thinker. I remember having conversations with my Grandma about what came first chicken or the egg and does a tree make a sound if it falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it. I believe that the tree eminates all types of vibrations and sounds upon falling, and we shouldn't be so arrogant to think that if a person isn't around, nature won't continue to do it's thing.

I also believe in duality, so maybe the chicken and the egg came about at the same time, so that way the chicken would know where it's chicks came from and how to nuture them into productive members of chicken society? I believe that everything the universe designs has a balance in mind, god's everything-ness needed the opposite which was a nothing-ness to contain all he could create. Man needs woman, peace needs war, light needs dark. The purpose of the opposite is to show you what it is not.

Which leads me to my idea of infinity and the operation of time, I believe that time and frequency is relatively the same thing, if you look at the sine wave of a 1 hertz signal, which is one full cycle of vbration per second, and you see an obvious wave, cut this wave in half Down the equator and you have basically an on/off signal. What else operates on an on/off cycle? Every midnight it starts, hits the equator of the wave at noon, and then finishes at midnight, only to start again the next day. Now take this frequency and turn up the vibration, imagine you had a knob that could turn the vibration up so high that you no longer could differentiate the wave pattern, wold it not look like a flat line? After all a line is just a series of connected points, why couldn't infinity be a series of wave patterns that move so fast the touch and create a new basis from which to start all over again at 1 hertz?

Anyways, didn't mean to try and create a topic with an introduction thread, just wanted to share some things about me and some of my beliefs. Maybe they are way out there and wrong but they could be just as equally correct and spot on, who knows? But I'm glad I found a place where I can share ideas with like minded individuals.
