Reading the recent "LeeLu for President" thread in which a proud grand pop posted pictures of his beautiful granddaughter with cutesy, cheesy, baby-themed campaign slogans, I was struck by the pure, unabashed pride and love in the tone of the thread. I was also struck by the few negative reactions from ATSers in the comments. The whole "why do you think other people want to see your kids?" line. Well, why do you think we parents care whether or not you want to see them; we'll show 'em off anyway!

You can't help but feel sorry for the folks out there who feel the need to post stuff like that. Becoming a parent is really the best way to grow up and mature into the person you've always wanted to be. It puts your priorities in order, makes you smarter, faster, better, stronger. You turn into a superhero version of yourself, catching falling babies with the speed of a bullet!

If you don't understand this thread, don't like children, or think that proud parents are cheesy and lame, I've got three words of advice for you; Have A Baby!!!

So, without further adieu, I proudly present for the viewing pleasure of the AboveTopSecret membership, the cutest little girl in the whole wide world...

Avery Wren!

Commence with the baby praise! or parent bashing, I'd be happy to confront the "nobody wants to see your baby" crowd.

And fellow proud parents; please post your babies in your replies! If you dare put photos of your "average looking" babies next to my super model baby!

I wish I could say I am a proud mother of an eight-year old. But the fact is that she was legally kidnapped by my sister 3,000 miles away, brainwashed, and is now a Disney Consumer Doll - not the giving, loving child I set to my sister when I went homeless. Geez. She's so proud of her 30 (!!!!!) pairs of shoes! Another cold Imelda in the making?

Your kid is very cute! I'm sure you'll fix the pic issue. I am still unsure how to get it to work, and have no clue why sometimes there is a scroll bar and other times it just cuts off... Thanks!

wow, I can't imagine watching someone else raise my baby girl. Let alone raising her in a manner with which I disagree. It's never too late to be a part or your child's life, though. You're her biological mother though, and that means something.

It means very little. She is 3,000 miles away and I have no money. So I never see her. I can't afford to call often. And emails and letters I write are intercepted and not delivered.

So... Though I love her dearly, I waited until I was 46 to have my one child, my whole world turned around her, and I had great misfortune - I might as well not exist.

STEP 1: upload your picture to your ats account by clicking TOOLS then PICTURES

STEP 2: right clcik on the photo you uploaded and get the dimensions, that is the size of the picture.

STEP 3: copy and paste Embed on ATS script.

STEP 4: it will look like
[ATSIMG ]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/e2b54272324b.jpg[/ATSIMG]

STEP 5: replace [ATSIMG] at the begining with [ats=add the dimmensions you want here] no spaces eg 12x12.
and [/ATSIMG] at the end of the scrip with [/ats]

remember nospaces at all in the script, i just put in a space in ats part so i could show you how it looks.
