I have a steel shelter that is re-enforced with 4 feet of concrete. It's 15 by 15 and it stands above ground. The steel is 3 feet thick. The door weighs 400 pounds and has 25 dead bolt locks. It's a pretty serious shelter.

It has saved my life more times than a concrete shelter ever would.

Today, right now, we have a tornado on the ground in Currituck County. In Virginia Beach there is the chance of 60 mph winds, and quarter sized hail. This is my second postig to this thread, with as many (+) severe storms in my area. Is this normal??? NO.
