Yeah I had to do that, firefox and IE you have to refresh (I assume you're using one of these) IE showed a pretty white square Chrome or Opera browsers automatically refresh to the next letter in the sequence every few seconds so you could try that. You shouldn't have to use a different browser ideally, but it's the only workaround I know of at the moment and I wish I'd known it at the start

The code is the same forwards as backwards and is revealed by noting every other letter, with a _ indicating a space between words. Then from the message you find the corresponding subject/thread and insert the name and thread number into here.

Needless to say my eyes hurt after all that
