Welcome to ATS, you'll fit right in as you ignore the question. It' would literally be impossible to not see poppy fields in Helmund Province. I assume you do leave your base at some point? If not, go to the perimeter fence and look outward. Now, as you look through the fenceline, do you notice the fields outside it? The rows of green plants? Maybe some even have BRIGHT RED flowers on top? Those are called poppy plants.
