The accessed research documents show that by June of 1944 there were no less than eight separate meetings between German Industrialists and agents of the Office of Strategic Services. The most active American in these efforts was Allen W. Dulles, the OSS Chief of Station head quartered in the neutral city of Berne, Switzerland.

The professional background of Allen Dulles and his brother, John Foster Dulles, are most interesting. It seems that both men were heavily involved in pre-war dealings between American and German Corporations through their law firm of 'Sullivan & Cromwell' in New York City. It was these same pre-war German connections with which Allen Dulles wasnegotiating throughout the winter of 1943 and the summer/fall of 1944. All official documentation points to the fact that the Dulles brothers were not operating in the best interests of United States foreign policy, but were actually motivated through personal reasons to help in creating an acceptable form of armistice which would benefit most the German Industrialists directly. This also involved the safe guarding of certain German securities, which both John Foster and Allen Dulles actively assisted with - regardless of its direct violation of accepted U.S. Treasury and Presidential administration policy. In short the Dulles brothers, along with a handful of U.S. diplomats and intelligence operatives, helped Nazis and Anti-Nazis alike to hide negotiable securities from Allied confiscators and at the same time assisted in negotiating an end to the war along lines which were contrary to the "Unconditional Surrender" guidelines as set forth jointly by the three major Allies.

While all of these manipulations were going on within the Allied camp, Germany was desperately trying to protect what she had left of her industrial and monetary systems. Every day that passed without a negotiated armistice meant the further loss of property and post-war capability. It is well documented that major German corporations began making plans for the safeguarding of its resources in supposedly "neutral" countries while continuing to pursue diplomatic agendas.

Of particular note are the individual operations of German corporations. Firms such as I.G.Farben and Krupp Industries were known to have liquidated their stock holdings into either gold coin or bars by June of 1944 in anticipation of secreting these hard assets into the neutral countries of Switzerland, Lichenstein, Portugal and, most importantly - Argentina. Indeed, the Krupp concerns alone possessed vast estate holdings in Argentina and post-war records confirm that many millions worth of negotiable securities did make it to these estates via U-Boat transport for eventual deposit in the German controlled banks of Banco Aleman Transatlantico and Banco Tornquist.

It appears that most documentation on this story is a decade old. I can't help but wonder if it's just "old mariners tales" or if there is any foundation in fact. We know that that post-WW2, the Japanese navy surrendered supersubs that were later sunk off Hawaii. It's not a stretch to think that the Germans did the same thing.

I'd bet that any recoverable documentation on such a boat would shed light on a lot of political machinations of the last 60 years -- in many countries. Such documents could possibly shine a lot of light on Wall Street, "political" activities and famous (banking, CIA, political) families here in the US.

Neat stuff, even if nothing is even proven it seems we got a big German boat off our coast.
Pics of the inside of the boat would be awesome.
I have to say i am disturbed that this interview was taken in 1998 and I have seen nothing about a boat yet.
Excellent find OP even if it proves bunk, it keeps the wheels turning.

As I point out, the article is heavily footnoted

The important thing here is the connection to the bankers and the current governments, and the governments of that day.
Also the difference between what we are told and what the truth is....

We are mere pawns in the grand scheme of things. People's eyes are opening though, and the truth is slowly but surely leaking out.

I found the vid interesting, but would have liked more evidence on certain matters. Very interesting nontheless.

I thought it was fairly known that the Nazis were funded heavily and supported by other Western industrialists at the time. Since during the Great Depression many feared the rising Socialism/Communism they turned to Fascism as a strong alternative to battle the revolutionary tactics of the Left.

Now this article is stating that the gold piled up from the years of Nazi rule was then used to rebuild Germany? I would definitely like to know more. Have any other links?

Fascinating story, thanks for sharing.

All in all, I believe this is at least some-what credible. Some things however aren't making much sense from a historical point of view. For instance, it would make sense that German industrialists would be looking to make finalizing deals with the west... or that they would be trying to escape Nazi Germany. However, it doesn't make much sense (for a plethora of reasons) that they would come into Boston Harbor, via a secret submarine with a cargo-hold full of gold.

For one thing, if they were transporting gold, it would be much, much easier to hand over their offering to London, where the banking elite house their gold in the first place. Eventually, that gold would have to head back to London at some point anyway.

On another note, it doesn't make much sense for the sub to be heading towards Boston, at least if they were wanting to keep it a secret. If they were in some secret dealings with the American elite [or government], it would make much better sense for the sub to head to New York Harbor, where the Mafia run docks could at least keep a secret. However, if the sub was simply making a stop over before heading to Argentina, it would make better sense that the sub skip American ports all together and instead either head straight through to South America or stop in Mexico for any refueling or restocking. Mexico did/does have a sizeable German population and any secret cargo could easily come into the US via the southern border. I'm just trying to picture a large German sub [full of Germans] entering Boston Harbor and off-loading a bunch of cargo - in secret.

These are just a few of the things that aren't making much sense to me, however there are some things that do make a lot of sense. For instance, it would certainly make sense that German industrialists would be desperately looking for an out to a dire and impending situation brewing in Germany circa 1944. It would also make sense that the American elite would be willing to bargain with and/or facilitate them. We do know that the American and possibly the British elite (if you can distinguished the two) financed both sides of the war, thus a conduit for dealings between the German industrialists and western elites did exist. Also, in 1944 the Soviets were closing in on Berlin and greater Germany, putting pressure on the industrialists to do any cleanup (i.e. assassinate Hitler) if possible and make their escape. Remember, it was 1943 when the Soviets turned the tide for Germany, almost ensuring that a Nazi victory in Russia wouldn't be happening, the first hint that Germany would eventually lose the war. With the allies landing in France a year later, Germany's fate was all but sealed, ultimately giving credence to the idea that the Industrialists would be looking for an out in the Autumn of that same year.

All in all, the story and interviewee do seem credible, though I think some of the details are amiss - or even obfuscated. Regardless, this is truly fascinating and certainly warrants more research. Again, thanks for sharing. S&F!

Great story, now if any of you folks agreeing on the plausibility of this fairytale can cite a single example of a Type XI Unterseeboot ever finishing construction in the shipyards of Hamburg and Kiel much less putting to sea and sailing across the Atlantic we'll be in business.

The devil is in the details.

Edit: For the sake of future generations I'll toss out a source..

Type XI U-cruisers
Huge U-boats, designed in 1937-1938, with 4 127mm deck guns in two gun-towers (one fore and aft of the conning tower). 6 torpedo tubes (4 in the bow and two at the stern, all below the CWL). One Ar 231 small aircraft in a watertight 2.6m in diameter container shaft. These boats were to have a crew of about 110 men almost double that of any constructed German U-boat. 4 contracts (U-112 thru U-115) were awarded to the AG Weser yard in Bremen on Jan 17, 1939 but wisely cancelled at the outbreak of war in September that year and none of the boats had been laid down at the time (some sources mention U-112 as being laid down but that does not make sense).
These boats are often claimed to not only have been completed but sailed, usually on very clandestine missions and for good measure words like SS, Hitler, Bormann and the like are thrown into the mix. None of this is true and they very certainly not black as some suggest as it is somewhat hard to paint something that does not exist black.

Try reading Rise of the Fourth Reich by Jim Marss. He details the movement of money and assets from Germany to the western hemisphere quite thoroughly.
Another essential read is Family of Secrets by Russ Baker. Painstakingly researched, Baker follows the Bush/Brown brothers/Hariman trail way back.

Essentially what the Nazis created in ideology, technology and assets were whisked out of Germany near the end of the war and this has been the basis of the New World Order all along. We never finished our business with World War 2. The Dulles brothers were key to the financing and then setting up the CIA to carry on their agenda. They killed the Kennedys, MLK and did a bang up job with 9/11.

I already knew this. The one who died was Hitler's cousin. So that is where he ran, to the heart of the enemy, the USA. And yet no one found him and thought he was dead, sad.

Anyone wanna take bets on a DSRV mission?

In the YouTube interview it is discussed that the Navy was forced off, but if this boat contains anything near what is speculated (or more) I have trouble believing that it was just walked away from completely.

He is talking about exposing some very questionable (if not outright illegal) actions that would implicate some very powerful people (then) and draw attention to secrets that are still being protected today.

I would be very interested in an update on this story, I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised to find that the wreck had been destroyed in the intervening years. Whether this would have be done before or after divers had been to it depends on conditions at the site and what it may actually have been carrying.

Either way, NOBODY will get near it until it is 'safe' for TPTB.
