Interesting phone call with HAARP whistle-blower.

Anthony J. Hilder posted this video on his youtube account. It is a brief phone call with a whistle-blower that worked for Project "Lights Out" and HAARP. She says HAARP is burning holes in the Ionosphere and being used as a seismic weapon. It seems to be their belief that HAARP did cause the 3/11/11 quake and many others. Thoughts? Opinions?

in AZ. Gabby was pressing for Solar power

invested in Duke Energy. 2 days after Gabby
was shot Duke Energy and progress Energy
merged in hopes of expanding nuke facilities
in NC. This would not have been possible
if Gabby's legislation had made it through

of grant funds from the US to R&D new
nuke facilities for America based on the
new designs. There is always a Soros
motive also. You just got to hunt for it

AFAIK earthquake manufacture is not actually engineering the earth - it's not changing eth climate - supposedly a weapon....

So this thing was first turned on exactly one week prior to 9/11? Can anyone here with more HAARP knowledge speculate?

If that is a fact then I think we can start there to find a numerical pattern, which will hopefully reveal clues to date and go from there.

Maybe not by dictionary definiton, but I can see how HAARP would fall into "Geo" (earth) "Engineering" (manipulation).

Besides, I didn't put it in this forum, go ask ToTheTenthPower he might have more answers than me.
