I could care less about you treating me with respect. I was not complaining about you not treating me with respect, I was pointing out what a hypocrite you are. And how typical of your type when someone stands up to your ridicules

You want reasons why the question of eligibility of this is in issue than here is just one of the investigations into the matter of if this is fraud., and so far the finding points to fraud.

Obama has never provided documentation to support his constitutional eligibility to serve as Commander-in-Chief -- never. Obama has never submitted his hard-copy Certification of Live Birth (COLB) or vault-copy birth certificate to any public official -- neutral or otherwise. Not a single secretary of state, the public officer who certifies elections, has ever seen Obama's hard-copy COLB or birth certificate -- not one. No state or federal judge has ever seen Obama's hard-copy COLB or birth certificate -- not one -- although at least one used the one posted on the Internet as evidence to dismiss a challenge. No reporter has ever seen Obama's hard-copy COLB or birth certificate -- not one. The only people that have ever seen Obama's hard-copy COLB are employees of Annenberg FactCheck.org, who are political operatives. This organization presents itself as non-partisan, however, it is part of the same tax-exempt Annenberg Foundation that finances the work of the unrepentant domestic terrorist and self-described communist, Bill Ayers. What has been presented to the American People, by the Obama Campaign, and "certified as genuine" by FactCheck.org, is an electronic document, posted on the Internet, that has been demonstrated to be counterfeit. It is not a real state-issued document, but is the only evidence that Obama and his minions have provided to support his eligibility for the Office of the President of the United States of America, as described in Article II, Section 1, of the United States Constitution. Obama has paid teams of lawyers in a dozen states more than $1,000,000 to prevent the release of his vault-copy birth certificate. Much of this money has been illegally paid from campaign funds. No mainstream media reporter has ever asked Obama, or his co-conspirators, to provide documentation to support his eligibility. When an independent reporter asked White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbels the "big question," he was ridiculed by the press secretary, while the fawning White House Press Corps laughed as a group. The American People want to know what Obama is hiding.

On June 6, Janice Okubo, the Dept of Health spokeswoman, also told the Star Bulletin that “The electronic record of the birth is what (the Health Department) now keeps on file in order to provide same-day certified copies at our help window for most requests.” There is a troubling ambiguity in this statement. A sophisticated forensic investigation would probably be able to determine whether the original paper Certificate of Live Birth was forged, altered, or authentic. But if the data from the original paper Certificates of Live Birth has been transferred to an electronic record and then the original documents were discarded, part of the data could easily have been changed in the transfer or subsequently altered. Why did the Hawaiian Dept of Health wait until June 6, 2009 to announce to the world that the original paper Certificates of Live Birth had been destroyed (presumably in 2001)? Shouldn’t this have been part of Dr Fukino’s statement on October 31, 2008 (right before the November election), a statement which deceptively implied the contrary: “Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.” We know from a document posted on June 10, 2009 on the Department of Hawaiian Homelands website that, up until very recently, either the original paper Certificates of Live Birth or (as is now implied) scanned images of those paper certificates were maintained by the Dept of Health, and copies of them were provided to confirm claims of Hawaiian ancestry. But if in June 2009 the Department of Hawaiian Homelands has decided that it will no longer require the original Certificate of Live Birth as proof for special privileges and the Department of Health spokesman says firmly that they will no longer provide copies of these original certificates, is it possible that, in the midst of the controversy over where Barack Obama was born, the Hawaiian state govt has destroyed the original paper certificate of live birth? This seems almost incredible to me, but the authorities have been so deceptive and evasive on this issue, that it cannot be dismissed as impossible

Oh he's an American Citizen, just likely NOT a Natural Born Citizen. There is a difference but his supporters keep wanting us to believe that Native Born is the same thing as Natural Born. Although we would see evidence that he applied for American Citizenship after he came back from Indonesia, or I should say his parents or Grandparents. If he was not born in Hi, if he was born in Kenya, as Jerome Corsi says in his book Obamanation, and his Dad Obama Sr is British citizen, his mom was underage when married him and becomes a British citizen through marriage. There are lots of different aspects to this thing.

I dated an ob nurse who was 23 and many of the other nurses on her floor were also in their 20s... On top of that, most of them kept a book where they wrote down all of the babies they delivered to look back and see if they delivered anyone famous down the road.

I appreciate the attempt but to speak in absolutes and to say it is a hairbrained idea for any of them to still be alive seems more crazy to me.

Sinnthia, whatever other thread this was on I have not read, so you can just throw the reading comprehension red herring out now. I have discussed this issue with numbers of people, I have heard the attorneys Berg(Democrat), Leo Donofrio, and Stephen Pidgeon and Mario Puzzo on Blog Talk Radio, read a lot of blogs, argued with the anti-birthers. Do you have reading comprehension? Then you would know that there is a difference between Native and Natural Born and you would understand why there is a difference.
